Hôtels avec balcon à Vancouver

We were in Vancouver to accompany our daughter as she is going to UBC for her freshman year. Being unfamiliar with the city, we were looking for a place that would be accessible to both UBC and downtown. Boy, did we hit the jackpot. The location of this place is unbelievable, its both a bus ride away from UBC (#25 bus) and downtown (#7) as we were able ro shuttle both to UBC on the weekdays to help her move in and allowed us to enjoy the sights of downtown dyring the weekend when we had a free time. As for the property itself, the place was clean, accessible, quiet and had almost all basic amenities. Had a kitchen with complete items like a kettle, microwave, cups, utenisils, etc. The hosts, particularly Carol, was sooo accomodating and responsive. When we needed fresh towels, she provided them even with a full laundry area available. Bag storage was very useful too as our flight wasnt till midnight but Carol allowed us to store our luggage with as much time as we needed after the noon checkout. As for the area, there's a supermarket about 2 blocks away, a bank, a few drugstores/ convenient stores and a few eateries nearby. Overall, this was an 11 of 10 for us and would both recommemd this to others and will consider coming back here if we visit our daughter in Vancouver again. Just an amazing stay😀👍

We had an excellent stay. The property is brand new, everything’s clean and very well maintained. The unit was spacious, modern and neat, all great. Staff were all great, easy communication and willingness to help at anytime. The property also features a gym which we haven’t had time to try but I’m sure it’s lovely. Would def recommend! While this didn’t impact the quality of our stay, feedback to housekeeping would be to have hangers in the bathroom (not much space to hang towels) and to provide milk and water to guests on arrival. The property does a great job with extending complimentary coffee beans for an experience but with no milk it’s a bit too strong for non-regular coffee drinkers.

La lecture des avis nous a convaincus de choisir cet endroit, et nous n'avons pas été déçus ! Nous étions trois en famille, et la chambre principale au deuxième étage était équipée d'un lit queen-size, tandis que le salon/salle à manger au premier étage disposait d'un canapé-lit. Les chambres et tous les équipements étaient propres et bien entretenus. Il y avait même une machine à café, ce qui nous a permis de préparer et de savourer un bon café chaque matin. L'emplacement est idéal, au cœur d'un quartier résidentiel calme. Je pense que c'est un emplacement très pratique pour se déplacer. Enfin, je tiens à remercier chaleureusement le propriétaire.

The hotel is located at a prime location, with train stations nearby directly linked to the airport. There are also many restaurants along the way and walkable to all tourists spots. Very safe neighbourhood with office buildings surrounding. It can be a bit loud at night due to the ambulances but that’s something that can’t be avoided anywhere in the city.  The breakfast option however is disappointing especially for the lack of vegan options. Breakfast are on an ala carte basis and gratuity is not inclusive. This means that breakfast averages to about $15-20 per breakfast which better options are available around the area with great variety.  Hotel staff are polite and kind.

酒店在Yaletown中心，去哪都方便吃啥都有地理位置極好。工作人員超級友好，有什麼需求都能馬上相應。 房間雖然不大但房型很好。床很舒服。 設備稍微有點老舊、有一些些衞生死角，但都是小問題～總的來説非常不錯～

Great location, walking distance to most places of visit. Hotel is really comfortable, lots of space to hang your clothes. Toilet was huge, with heated flooring! Soap provided was L'Occitane which smells so good! Staff at the Front desk were really helpful and friendly. Voucher available for bike rental for a day in Stanley park.

Nous avons séjourné au 27e étage ! Les enfants ont adoré visiter le centre-ville depuis la chambre d'hôtel. C'était le mur de la fenêtre. Ils ont des lits très confortables. Nous avons tous vraiment apprécié de dormir. Mes enfants passent maintenant plus de temps dans les clubs de remise en forme qu'à la piscine. Ils ont trois clubs de remise en forme différents pour s'entraîner.

The room is big and spacious . Bed and pillows are comfortable. The kitchen is a big plus for us since we stayed for 3 nights. It is in a good location, near the bus stop and within walking distance to all good restaurants. The only downside is it’s near the hospital so ambulance sirens can be bothersome. Otherwise, it was a good and pleasant stay.

L'hôtel n'est pas très bien séparé du son, les gens qui dorment très légèrement suggèrent de prendre un bouchon pour dormir. L'hôtel peut fournir un bouchon pour oreilles. Le panier de sel de miel au premier étage est très bon, la nourriture est généralement désastreuse, mais la position est très bonne, il n'y a pas de tournants autour de lui, je sens que la sécurité est bonne, l

The staff were very helpful and welcoming upon arrival, always willing to assist with anything we needed. However, when we first entered our room, there was a very strong smell of paint. We were told it had just been painted, but the odor was so intense that staying there would likely have caused discomfort, so we requested a room change. They accommodated our request, although the only available option was a smaller unit. Another point worth noting is that Trip.com indicates the hotel accepts a cash deposit, but at check-in we were informed that only card payments were allowed, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the room had some constant noises throughout the day and night — I couldn’t identify the source, and they continued even with the air conditioning turned off. There is also a vending machine right at the hotel entrance, but it was not working properly. I inserted money and did not receive the products; however, the front desk staff promptly assisted me and helped resolve the situation, which I appreciated. Aside from these issues, the hotel offers good value for the price, and the location is excellent, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions.
