Très satisfaite. La maison est relativement récente, avec parking privé gratuit, le quartier est très calme, les instructions d'emménagement sont très claires, la cuisine est entièrement équipée (ustensiles, vaisselle et produits d'hygiène inclus), un supermarché se trouve à proximité et l'hôte répond rapidement aux messages. Je recommande vivement.

My husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs. The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting. For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

We stayed in an excellent suite on the top floor, through a great deal from Trip. The room was a good size - not massive, but easy for 3 people (couple + child) to live comfortably. Location is great if you're looking for something near the waterfront. The fitness center (including full-length pool) is huge, and I believe people pay good money to use it as a private gym (which you get the benefit of for free). I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Poor housekeeping service. There were 2 days without clean up of our room until we reminded them to do so. There was no hot water supply in the room for over several hours without prior notice from hotel management. We were told later that their hot water pump were out of order and under emergent repairing.

La position est très bonne, adaptée aux affaires et aux visites. Le personnel est amiable et amiable. Le bâtiment est très ancien, mais la chambre est grande et est propre. Je suis content d'avoir un bébé. Mais vous ne pouvez pas compter sur le paysage. Il y a un café dans la chambre, mais pas de coffre-fort. J'ai contacté la réception pour qu'ils me les apportent. J'ai réservé le petit déjeuner, mais ce n'est pas un style de buffet, mais un truc que je veux manger (11,○○ $ au maximum). Il est très riche et délicieux. Ce n'est pas très congestionné. Le service est facultatif, il est un supplément.

Great location, walking distance to most places of visit. Hotel is really comfortable, lots of space to hang your clothes. Toilet was huge, with heated flooring! Soap provided was L'Occitane which smells so good! Staff at the Front desk were really helpful and friendly. Voucher available for bike rental for a day in Stanley park.

L'hôtel est juste à l'extérieur de la station Yaletown, il arrive 1 minute, c'est très pratique pour le transport public, puis il y a beaucoup de restaurants et de pains délicieux près de l'hôtel La chambre est grande et confortable.

L'hôtel est rénové, il est très propre mais la chambre est un peu petite. La location est très bonne au centre-ville, à proximité des gares de train et des transports publics. Le personnel de service de la réception est très aimable, surtout Priscilla, elle a été très bonne pour me laisser check-in tôt à 8.30 AM. J'ai également été autorisé à un check-out tardif à 12PM. Je recommande cet hôtel pour tout le monde pendant Vancouver.

The hotel was great because it was centrally located. It was clean, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff were very attentive as well. We were able to check in early and leave our luggage at the hotel after we checked out so we could enjoy our last day without worrying about it. The only issues we experienced was that the walls are quite thin which enabled us to hear everything and everyone around us.

Le restaurant est très confortable et le restaurant est très confortable. Le reste de l'hôtel semblait un peu battre et nécessitant une maintenance. Cela n'a pas détruit le séjour pour nous. Il serait certainement rester à nouveau donné la convenance et le prix.
