Hôtels avec balcon à Genève

We were quite disappointed in our stay at Hotel Eden, but first the positives; Let us check in early Priced competitively for Geneva Negatives; We felt the room did not match the photos on trip.com. A room with carpet and what looked like a terrace is in the pictures. We got a really old dated room without carpet and no balcony terrace. The description of the hotel states amenities like dental kit, conditioner and there wasn’t anything. There wasn’t even any bottles of water in our room. The sliding door for the shower was broken. The breakfast was really small and limited and of a very basic quality. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and there was no mention or wish of a happy birthday. This is only the second negative review I’ve left on trip.com out of 30+ hotel bookings in the last 1.5 years

Superb location, directly opposite Geneva train station. The hotel is easy to find. They provide breakfast for 17 fr and there’s a restaurant/pub on the ground floor. The noise insulation is good, and the area is quiet at night. The room is clean and spacious, fully carpeted flooring. There is air conditioning in each room which you can control. A bottle of water is provided. Very suitable for business and leisure travellers who want a quiet night, at a very reasonable price. Basic toiletries are provided. The room AC is already switched on when I entered the room. That’s a very nice touch. Do note that the room card will stop working after 12pm on the check out day, so make sure to check out on time. The staff are very helpful and prompt. They even reminded me about the free Geneva transport card. They really made me feel at home. I would love to stay here again when I come to Geneva!

Quelle belle surprise en arrivant ! Depuis le balcon, on a une vue imprenable sur les montagnes enneigées et le lac, tandis qu'en contrebas s'étendent des jardins luxuriants. La chambre est spacieuse et impeccable, et la grande terrasse extérieure est parfaite pour le yoga ou la méditation. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, les couverts en argent et les produits d'une fraîcheur incroyable sont un vrai plus 👍.

Le service à la réception était excellent. Dommage que le hall soit en rénovation. La chambre était un peu vieillotte, mais la kitchenette était très pratique. Je suis sûr qu'elle sera parfaite après les rénovations. La gare routière de Genève est juste en face, ce qui est très pratique.

Le restaurant est un hôtel de qualité très confortable et très confortable. La seule chose qui a légèrement déduit de mon expérience était le contrôle en cours : personne ne m'a aidé avec mon bagage, et je suis une jeune petite femme. We were very impressed upon check in as we had been upgraded to a junior suite which was amazing! The hotel was a short walk from the station and close to the lake. The main disappointment for us was breakfast. We were there 2 nights and the first morning we thought maybe they’re just short staffed or very busy. However the second morning was worse. Breakfast was until 10.30 and even though we were down an hour before this, they had run out of bread and the hot food items were not being filled up. Nor the pastries. We had to ask for some and were told it would be 15 minutes so we hardly had any food and we had to eat out somewhere else after. It was such a shame as the hotel was lovely but they really need to keep on top of filling up the food items as I had paid a fair amount for breakfast and it was sadly not at all worth it.

Posizione strategica per cui vuole visitare Ginevra a piedi in pieno centro. Le stanze originali con lacaniana doccia in camera. Struttura pulita e moderna. Bar spettacolare ma la vera chicca dell'hotel è lo staff i ragazzi sono cordiali, gentili ed il massimo della professionalità ed in particolar modo mi riferisco a Raffaele che con la sua allegra e disponibilità ci ha reso un soggiorno da sogno. Un abbraccio a tutti i ragazzi. Consigliatissimo per chiunque decida di soggiornare a Ginevra.

Cet hôtel est mitigé. Globalement, il semble correct et son emplacement est pratique. Cependant, il souffre d'un défaut majeur : la gestion du bruit y est catastrophique. Surtout en pleine nuit, un groupe d'hommes et de femmes, dont on ne connaît pas l'existence, crie, hurle et rit bruyamment. L'hôtel ne semble pas avoir de personnel dédié à ce problème, ce qui est le plus gênant. Je n'y remettrai plus jamais les pieds, même si c'est bon marché.

Je suis allée à l'hôtel la veille pour confirmer ma réservation. Ils n'ont pas trouvé ma réservation. Je leur ai montré ma confirmation sur mon téléphone. On m'a dit qu'ils voyaient bien mon numéro de confirmation, mais qu'aucun paiement n'avait été effectué par trip.com. Ils m'ont assuré que ce genre de problème était déjà arrivé et m'ont conseillé de réserver une autre chambre par précaution. Ils m'ont également assuré qu'ils ne débiteraient pas ma carte tant que le problème ne serait pas résolu. Cette assurance m'a incitée à m'enregistrer. Je suis allée à la réception régulièrement et on m'a toujours dit que le problème était réglé. Ce n'est que le dernier soir que Trip.com m'a informée de l'erreur d'adresse. Entre-temps, l'hôtel avait débité ma carte. Étonnamment, ils n'ont pas tenu compte des commentaires que j'avais laissés à l'Hôtel Montana Genève et à l'Hôtel Montana Zurich. Je n'ai reçu aucun e-mail d'excuses pour cet oubli et ce retard de traitement. Je suis allée à l'hôtel la veille pour vérifier ; ils auraient pu régler le problème sans se permettre de rejeter la faute sur trip.com, étant donné qu'il y a déjà eu des incidents similaires. Je pensais que le groupe Hotel Montana aurait pu mieux gérer cette situation. C'est assez décevant.
