今次入住呢間酒店體驗超棒！從踏入酒店開始，每一位服務人員嘅熱情同盡責都令人倍感温暖。夜晚自助洗衣服務好貼心，洗衣房阿姨還主動用蒸汽燙鬥幫我將衫熨得平平整整，細節滿分！清潔姐姐每次見面都會熱情打招呼，工作亦非常細緻。酒店門口指揮交通嘅小哥無論日曬雨淋都堅守崗位，確保出入順暢。前台小姐姐耐心解答問題，辦理手續效率超高，服務超周到！ 原本好想多留喺酒店享受舒適環境，但無奈要趕去景點打卡同品嚐當地特色美食，衹能早早離開。真心推薦呢間服務一流嘅酒店，下次一定再嚟！ 來自香港的一家四口。

以下評價絕對客觀！優點：房間大且新，被子比較乾爽舒適，需要多兩個被子，酒店很快就送來了；位置好，騎着小車或者步行能到達大小召，清真寺，稍麥一條街，網紅奶食店！缺點：剛剛新開業的酒店，訂房時沒有任何評價參考，果然會有狀況，第一晚電路問題，熱水用不了，沒有洗漱就睡了，半夜，全屋燈突然亮了兩三次，第一夜睡的是很無語！第二晚，回房間發現大堂衞生間漏水，一地水，房間沒有收拾，取電房卡被無故取走。期間，發現工作人員不會操作監控，業務不熟練，前台和收拾房間的保潔無工作交接，鬧的請來警察才調查清是保潔進屋拔走房卡！（通常把房卡也是放在房間而不是拿走）；房間雖大但窗户很小，而且無法開的很大，通風作用達不到效果！之前看平台顯示有免費車位，但住的三天直到最後一天要走才有客人成功停進了車，我們一直被告知車位滿！酒店服務感覺不成熟，不夠專業，前台要擦眼睛濕巾被告知沒有，但其實樓道里是有提供的，總之幫你找但找不到！如果沒有接待力就最好準備好再開，否則看見了兩個顧客急赤白臉的找她們。感覺前台工作人員其實態度很好，衹是由於專業素養欠缺，服務水平有限。作為出來玩的顧客，我也不想跟你們急赤白臉理論任何問題，但你們處理問題的態度，以及專業度急需提高和改善！感謝酒店最後允許我們延遲退房，這點體驗感還可以，另外寄存羊肉，工作人員主動給放到冰箱冷藏。總而言之，如果服務的專業度提高，其實體驗還好。

L'expérience de cet hôtel est excellente. L'hôtel est très agréable, le salon est luxueux. La chambre est large et lumineuse, les lits sont doux et confortables et les installations doivent être complètes. Le personnel de service est soigneusement mince, qu'il soit orienté en profondeur lors de la gestion de la résidence ou répondant à la demande en temps utile pendant la résidence, et il est tout aussi sensé que le retour. Le restaurant est un grand point de lumière, riche en espèces et agréable. Le rapport coût-efficacité de l'hôtel est super élevé, c'est l'option idéale pour voyager. Il est fortement recommandé à tous.

Notre chambre familiale est très bien gérée, l'espace intérieur est très grand et la vue est très bonne. La chambre est particulièrement chaude, l'équipement est complet, le contrôle de la taille de la chambre est très intelligent. Le personnel est bien attitude, très patient, le parking est très grand et gratuit, très convivial, le petit déjeuner est complet, le petit déjeuner intérieur est disponible, je l'apprécie 👍, recommandé!

We went there to make our inner-Mongolia visit special. It was a good choice. The location was a bit too far from everywhere but it was nice to feel the vast plain. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet with inner-Mongolian themed food was very nice. Don't miss the breakfast if you go there. On the first floor, there's a photo shooting service you can use. It would definitely be a good memory if I do it but it was a bit pricey.
