LOCATION Excellent location. In the immediate vicinity of the central train station. A 15-minute walk from Sule, with all its bus lines. A good starting point for exploring the city on foot. Shopping centers are in the immediate vicinity. A 30-minute taxi ride from the airport. SERVICE Excellent welcome and service. Excellent attention at every moment, whether from the housekeeping staff, restaurant staff, concierge, or the gym/spa/pool staff. PS: Please note the $200 USD security deposit required for some reservations. This should be anticipated, although it is payable by credit card (check if this option is worth according to your bank's terms and conditions applied for transaction in Myanmar). ENVIRONMENT Quiet and safe neighborhood. Elegant and comfortable hotel. Harmonious and high-quality layout. Impeccable maintenance. ROOM Superior King Bed Room: Perfect for one person, with a desk area and a small sitting area. Bright. Well laid out. Comfortable. Very good quality bedding. Clean, high-quality linens. Spacious and clean bathroom. Hot water with good pressure. Very good Wi-Fi. Conveniently placed electrical outlets. Excellent lighting. Luggage storage available (for one bag). Pleasant city view. Central air conditioning system. It worked perfectly, but I didn't find the adjustments very user-friendly. BREAKFAST Large dining room. Well-spaced buffet area, open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Elegant dining room. I preferred the back of the room for its quietness, privacy, and comfort. Attentive and courteous staff. A well-stocked and varied buffet. Yet, there was a noticeable difference in quality between the buffet, the kitchen staff, and the buffet presentation between weekdays and weekends. Some of the glass-fronted areas in the dining room were not clean at all: cobwebs, long-standing dust, and general grime. This needs improvement, as it's not what you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. The buffet occupied most of my mornings; however, I'm not sure I would have wanted to pay an additional $20 USD for it if it wasn't already included in the reservation. FACILITIES *The hotel has all the facilities one would expect for a hotel of this standard. In conclusion, I benefited from a very good price offer through Trip.com, which accurately reflected the hotel's value for money. I was truly delighted with my stay and will keep the PARKROYAL on my list of favorites for a future trip.

Останавливался в отеле 4 дня. Из плюсов: у каждой комнаты есть собственный туалет, удобное расположение и дружелюбный персонал. Цена — около 900 руб. за сутки с завтраком, что очень выгодно. Завтрак приносят (выбора нет): обычно рис с горошком и яйцом, также есть бананы, сок и можно попросить чай или кофе. Из минусов: не было горячей воды — только прохладная. Комната очень маленькая, больше подходит, чтобы просто переночевать. С кондиционером в таком пространстве может быть некомфортно. Итог: хороший бюджетный вариант на 1–2 дня, но для более длительного проживания может быть неудобно.

The hotel was very comfortable and made me feel safe and sound as well , food was delicious and their wine collection are great . Will surely return to this hotel in coming visits. Every staffs are so welcoming and warm to everyone .

Мы бронировали этот отель ради раннего отъезда в аэропорт. Были меньше суток, но впечатление осталось самое хорошее. Очень благодарны , что нам перенесли завтрак, которым мы не могли воспользоваться в день отъезда, на утро нашего вселения в отель. Завтрак был очень вкусный , а очень уставшие после ночного переезда и совсем не хотелось идти искать другое кафе. Персонал был очень любезен и помогал во всём. Вай-фай в отеле слабоват, как и по всей Мьянме. Чайника в номере нет, по первой просьбе давали термос с горячей водой. Душ норм, номер просторный. При отеле есть кафе, где можно пообедать или поужинать. Цены умеренные. Мы остались довольны соотношением цены и качества. Добротный трёхзвёздочный отель. Рекомендую.

É uma verdadeira viagem no tempo, um encantamento que te leva a um navio do ano de 1920. Vários detalhes originais, como relógio, o frigobar dentro de um barril, a caixa de som bluetooth que imita uma vitrola, todos os móveis em couro. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e acolhedores. Eu super recomendo, sem dúvida, foi uma linda experiência. Um único ponto da localização é à noite, pois existe uma feira noturna que não parece tão segura e, apesar de vintage, alguns pequenos detalhes faltam manutenção como o carpete do quarto, por exemplos

青旅在老城區，離中央火車站不遠，一樓大廳，住宿在二樓和三樓，床單一客一換，房間有桌子，衹是窗户缺乏維護，關不上。前台有一位會點中文的男孩很好。工作人員衹會當地語，交流不暢，退房時前台還要我付最後一天房費，我已付，他説沒收到，幸虧會點中文的男孩出來證實我已付清房款。

Holly hotel is very convenient if you have to stay overnight between the Mingalar highway busstation and airport in Yangon. Hotel can arrange taxi but getting your own with Grab is cheaper. Also the restaurant on site is good for a meal but environment is not very inviting. The beds are comfortable and hot water is available 24/7. Nearby is Terminal shopping mall with Ocean supermarket . If you want to go to the city centre it will take you 45min. to an hour!

La chambre est grande et les installations sont correctes. Il est considéré comme un hôtel 4 diamants. Il est trop éloigné. Les routes environnantes sont sombres et le transport n'est pas pratique. Le gars dans le hall était intelligent, a réservé des billets et a pris de bonnes dispositions.

Dans l'ensemble, c'était correct, mais le petit-déjeuner était assez particulier. La chambre semblait neuve, mais peu pratique. Le sèche-cheveux était quasiment inutilisable. Le personnel de ménage ajoutait des produits selon son humeur, heureusement que j'avais apporté les miens. Le restaurant et le bar sur le toit étaient plutôt petits, mais la vue nocturne était magnifique. Le spa au deuxième étage laissait à désirer, et les massages étaient également peu professionnels.
