Hôtels avec balcon à Benito Juárez

My sister and I had the best time here at Le Blanc! I first found this hotel on Xiaohongshu/The Little Red Book and there were some mixed reviews, some said the hotel it self was a little outdated but overall still a beautiful hotel. I'm so glad I took a chance with this hotel because our stay was magical and we are definitely coming back in the future! Cons: Hotel is a little old, and rooms are not super clean but for this price, it's above expectations! Pros: 1. The staff is amazing! Everyone we meet has been super nice and warm to us. Especially our butlers Luis and Rodrigo, they were super attentive and went above and beyond with their service. All the staff were super nice and this is one of the reason I love this hotel. 2. The pools, bars, private beach are amazing for photos and relaxing; when we went, there were not many people so I loved the relaxed vibe. 3. The free events they hold changes everyday and are all worth going to!!! Our favorite was the fire show! Definitely attend as many events as possible, cause they are so worth it. 4. Our package also included free hydrotherapy and we literally went to this everyday when we had free time. It is a must try, so relaxing! We also had 500 hotel credit thanks to booking thru trip.com and we used all of that towards massages and they were amazing as well. 5. We chose the all inclusive option (drinks included) and tried all the restaurants. Overall the food is pretty good, and our favorite was Yama. The order of our preference: Yama, Bella, Le Blanc, Torraza, room service and Lumiere. Conclusion: Recommend!!!! We are definitely coming back!

When i booked this hotel, just look photos and price. I think like this expensive hotel must be excellent. But... 1. This is like 3 stars hotel. 2. Personals very bad. If you didn't pay them, nobody served for you. Just one time they can give you juice or something. Second time you need wait 20 minutes 3. I booked room for 2 people. But inside everything for one. Need ask many time for bring one more soap, or shampoo. And surely need pay.... 4. No any amenities. Just pool and restaurants. 5. Normally if you pay this money in Dubai or Turkey, you can see whats the 5 stars. He you can't see any stars. 6. I think have just one reason for like this high price. It's a erotic show. Name is erotic. Nothing more. Just name:):):):) So, if you have money, and want to rest. Didn't go this hotel. I booked it for 5 days. But stay there just 1 night.

Staying at this hotel brought mixed impressions. On one hand, the property looks new and visually appealing; on the other, there were several disappointing and controversial moments. The check-in process felt quite strange. My room upgrade request was declined in an inappropriate manner despite my Hilton Honors Gold status. Additionally, no one assisted us in locating our room, and there was no introduction to the hotel facilities- we were simply told to find all information in the app. The room itself was very noisy due to constant traffic from buses and service vehicles outside the windows. A request to change the room was declined, and the receptionist even mentioned that my Gold status meant nothing for this booking. Housekeeping also skipped our room twice, despite the sign on the door requesting service. On the positive side, the food quality was generally good, and the entertainment program was decent, though not outstanding. It was surprising that the bars did not provide a clear drinks menu of what could be ordered. The biggest drawback of the hotel is the beach, which is almost nonexistent. The highlights were the wonderful Kids’ Club staff and the generally friendly hotel personnel, although some bartenders and reception staff were less welcoming. The swimming pool is pleasant, but the hot tubs were disappointing, with noticeably dirty water. Regarding the all-inclusive restaurants, the Italian restaurant was excellent, while the Mexican restaurant was the weakest. Overall, the hotel has potential thanks to its modern appearance and some great staff members, but improvements in service consistency, cleanliness, communication, and beach access would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Très adapté aux enfants,  Il y a beaucoup d'activités.  Le restaurant est bon pour le personnel de l'hôtel, la seule chambre est un peu vieille,  mais il est toujours très recommandé de voyager en famille.

La chambre était très agréable, spacieuse et magnifique, avec une vue sur la Mer des Méduses depuis la fenêtre. L'hôtel propose la pension complète ; tout, sauf le restaurant buffet, nécessite une réservation. Le steak était bon, mais difficile à réserver. J'ai donné 5 $ de pourboire au réceptionniste, mais son service était tellement médiocre qu'il aurait mieux valu ne rien lui donner du tout. Mis à part cela, tout le reste était très bien.

Cet hôtel a été choisi en raison de son emplacement central, vous permettant de vous immerger dans les eaux du golfe du Mexique tout en profitant de la vue sur la baie des Caraïbes. Le service de l'hôtel et la nourriture sont très idéaux et fortement recommandés.

J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Ma chambre avait de très petites fourmis partout. Les sols de notre chambre avaient besoin d'une attention particulière. Mais je ne suis pas allé rester dans ma chambre. Les équipements ici sont excellents. Guillermo au bar de la piscine nous a préparé les meilleures boissons. J'ai adoré l'emplacement et les options de restauration. Je réserverais à nouveau ici.

Nous sommes allés à Cancun pour finir notre déjeuner. Nous avons été accueillis avec un grand sourire de tous les membres du personnel de l'hôtel. Merary nous a bien vu. Elle nous a vu sur notre déjeuner et nous a très gentilment améliorés dans une incroyable chambre avec la piscine. La chambre était amusante. Nous pouvions refroidir dans la piscine en face de la plage. Non seulement nous avons obtenu une mise à niveau nous sommes arrivés à notre chambre qui avait été décorée avec des ballons sur le lit et le mot amour écrit avec des ribbons. Nous avons également reçu un petit gâteau. Le personnel de notre séjour n'a pas pu faire assez pour nous. Le bar à la nuit aurait peut-être pu être fait avec un autre membre du personnel qui servait alors que nous attendions longtemps pour des boissons, mais il était à la hauteur. La location de l'hôtel est parfaite pour la plage mais aussi si proche de nombreux autres restaurants et bars à La Isla.

Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Le restaurant, les serveurs et les serveurs étaient aussi cordiaux et assuraient que tout ce qui était nécessaire pour une expérience fantastique était fourni. Le personnel de bureau a organisé le transport plusieurs fois - c'était le moment et les conducteurs étaient cordiaux. La climatisation de la première chambre ne fonctionnait pas bien, mais j'ai demandé au bagagiste et on m'a changé de chambre. Le hall était très propre et moderne, mais la chambre était différente. Il n'y avait pas de bouilloire, donc impossible de faire du café. La chambre était convenable pour dormir. L'emplacement était idéal et le rapport qualité-prix bon.
