Juste au centre de Coconut Grove, convenable à tout. Bellini Restaurant est très bon, mais pas étoile. Le maintien de la maison est le meilleur que j'aie jamais rencontré. Cependant, un samedi, à midi, ils ont réservé une fête de naissance de petits enfants à la piscine. Les adultes essayaient de se détendre, de profiter de la piscine, etc. , mais nous étions entourés d'un troupeau de enfants criant. Un grand erreur. Une fois de plus, sinon, un séjour délicieux.

Emplacement idéal si vous êtes intéressé par le Wynwood Walls. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien conçue. La piscine sur le toit est accessible jusqu'au coucher du soleil. Excellente salle de sport avec cours de yoga (malheureusement, je n'ai pas eu l'occasion d'en profiter). Un crédit de 15 $ par nuit sur la nourriture et les boissons est inclus (certaines exceptions). Un billard est également à votre disposition dans le hall. Eau et Nespresso sont également inclus.

This is an absolutely beautiful suites hotel. Every where is spotlessly clean. They were so accommodating. We arrived 6 hours early and we were still allowed to check in to our room. Suites have every thing you need. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing experience and stay at this fine establishment! Was referred to stay here by a colleague, non the less he did not dissapoint. Hotel staff very accommodating, smooth check in, felt welcomed from the moment I stepped on the premises. Excellent location, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, excursions, night life. Very clean. Definitely will return in the near future!

Yesterday, I experienced a three-hour delay in receiving my scheduled doses. The check-in process concluded at 10:00 p.m., and I did not receive a confirmation call. Upon the return of the night staff, I was informed that I needed to be on the list, despite already being included. Although check-out is scheduled for 11:30 a.m., I was required to release my cleaning personnel early to facilitate room cleaning. I received no communication via phone, email, or text throughout the night. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment for those arriving during nighttime hours. Furthermore, this morning, the front desk was unattended, and all access points were secured with a code. To date, I have not received any email correspondence, nor has the reimbursement for my massage been processed.

Review: I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager. There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused. With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back. When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen. This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.

Dans cet hôtel Hilton de style appartement à double arbre, l'allée autour du rez-de-chaussée n'est pas trop belle, le carrelage de la chambre est un peu vieux et noir, le plafond de la salle de bain est fissuré et a envie de tomber, et la décoration simple de style appartement. L'essentiel est de prendre une chambre vue mer, une grande baie vitrée, et la mer est dégagée. Les gros poussins d'oiseaux applaudissent sur le balcon et volent parfois dans la pièce (voir la troisième photo téléchargée, l'oiseau s'est envolé vers la table). Le paysage marin ouvert est rafraîchissant.
