Be careful if you guys want to stay here. Give it a second thought. The bed is full of bed bugs

I was surprised to find out there were no windows. I immediately requested a new room as I asked for a double bed and recieved two singles pushed together. There was water damage all across the ceiling and mold in the frames on the wall. The shower door dented the shower light, and the shower head is aimed at the door, resulting in a puddle outside of the joined shower toilet room. Over all a feeling of damp in the bedding, and there were 2 well used towels available. The pool was very small, and did not feel welcoming as there were dinner tables set all around it. The roof top look out is blocked by plants and dinning tables so for those who just want to enjoy the view, it is difficult. There were people wandering the halls at night which had me grateful for the extra deadbolts, and talking in the halls as early as 5 in the morning neglecting the signs for quiet. I was pleased to find a kettle in the room and the TV actually had channels that worked with minor static. It was walking distance from the surf school I was attending and right acceoss from the beach. Overall location was great for a beginner surfer, didn't see a great selection of restaurants that appealed to me, so I am very glad it was a one night stay.

There is two hotel in one building.
Tours station just next to the hotel
Room located at LG floor
No window in room
Room sound proof are not so good
Shower hot water are not insistent.
Japanese kind toilet seat
Pool side restaurant are huge but pool are small
Live band bar and restaurant at G floor
Live band is awesome!!!!(Rock and Roll all night)

The moment I entered the hotel I was shocked to find out the lobby area has no AC leave alone centralised AC. The place looked ******* rather than a hotel to me. Coming to the room, the room smelled of mosquito replet spray and the toilet was stinky. I had to get the bed sheets changed because it was dirty with red stains of them. They are charging way too much & cleanliness is zero. Toiletries provided are such that you don’t even wish to touch them. Room AC took ages to cool the room. I couldn’t sleep the entire night because there was some kind of continuous noise coming from the bathroom. The breakfast was sub average quality. Overall, I HATED MY STAY AT KUTA BEX and regret shelling out my hard earned money at this hotel.
