Avis : The Grand Bali Nusa Dua

Excellent hotel! We were glad to stay there. The breakfast is very good, many dishes and fruits, egg station. The room is big, silent and clean, with nice bed. Baby crib was prepared, when we arrived. The territory is very green and tidy, pools are clean (there are 4 if them). Kids club is also there, but no nanny. There was also free tranfer to the Kecak Theater Nusa Dua, very convinient. But we were disappointed with beach club, because it is a lagoon, and there was so much rubbish in the water (maybe a couple of workers could clean it within 30 minutes having scoop nets and rakes). In this beach club there was a bar and nice local ladies offering best massage we tried in Bali. What we missed was a rack dryer, all the balkony was used to hang our swimming suites.

The hotel is very nice and beautiful,the pool is amazing,a lot of stores near by ,the beach is 15-20 min walk,I like the spacious room and a very big bathroom,will stay again ,highly recommend.😀😍

Hotel was old and smelled mold, Other than that, it was very spacious and we enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was not that great, not many options

Great stay with friendly and attentive staff. They seem to remember your room number. Came during the low season and the property is less busy as a result. Staff had more free space to serve guests. Room got upgraded too which was a nice touch. Breakfast was normal and don't expect much. Although the eggs station should satisfy your basic western breakfast style needs. The private beach club for hotel guests only and complimentary shuttle service to the beach club + bali collection are a plus. Will stay again if the price is right.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 days. I found the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok (not that great). The hotel was a bit out dated.

Clean and hospitality is average. Pool is dirty. Location is average.

Small friendly comfortable hotel with great pools in lush gardens. Good size rooms. Best breakfast yet. Just outside the gated area, so still has Bali charm with enough good restaurants within walking distance. Shuttle to private beach in prime location. We will be back. Easy taxi ride to airport.

Overall average hotel, for this price point you can find better options. The rooms on the first floor are dark, not enough lighting. Wifi connection is poor. Breakfast is average. From hotel to the beach it’s 25 minutes walk, there is a shuttle bus but it works every 2 hours, not so convenient. Usually there is low tide after 2pm, water isn’t so clear.

Everything working in this place which is not common in Bali. Good AC is big plus.

The food was soso. My bathroom water shower was light warm cold.

A nice hotel, clean spacious deluxe garden room stay. Food was good , staff very courteous. Free beach shuttle daily. Lovely pools to swim and sunbathe. Nusa Dua is a nice quiet resort not a party place but some good restaurants. Massages galore to be had. Relaxing and enjoyable stay nothing detrimental to say about Grand Bali and would happily stay again.

Отель очень хороший!!! Ремонт , конечно, не вчерашний, но номера прекрасные с очень удобной ванной! Прекрасный разнообразный завтрак -шведский стол. Регулярно ходит бесплатный автобус на пляж. Пляж хороший, с песчаным входом. Все отлично!!! Рекомендую!!!
