La partie du drap recouverte d'une couverture avait beaucoup de taches, donc elle n'avait pas l'air propre.

La chambre sentait très mauvais, mais sinon tout était bien. La piscine et le petit balcon m'ont ravie. Le personnel était sympathique et la situation géographique était bien aussi. Je dois écrire 200 mots alors je continue mais je n'ai plus rien à dire.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel, une expérience assez négative. Les draps et les serviettes étaient tachés ; le garçon qui nous a accueilli n'était pas très sympathique. La chambre était spacieuse mais assez sale et la salle de bain était un peu à l'étroit. Petit déjeuner apporté en chambre au mauvais moment et avec des plats désagréables, choix très limité. Au contraire, le garçon retrouvé dans l’après-midi s’est montré plus disponible pour aider. La piscine avait l'air bien mais nous ne l'avons pas essayée ; en conclusion, si vous ne devez y passer qu'une nuit, ce n'est pas grave mais pour un séjour plus long j'éviterais.

Bad experience. Paid for breakfast, in the morning we sat en waited: no breakfast. No staff, no one there. Smelly bed, dirty shower, dirty spoons in the room. Didnt feel welcome, staff was not really nice. Only talked about money, so we left without having breakfast (but already paid) one day earlier. Staff didnt ask why. We coudnt find the pass of our room, they only mentioned we had to pay for that. Insane, we already paid 160 k for breakfast we didnt get and we paid for another night, so they have earned enough by exploiting. When we mentioned these topics we didnt get a emphatic response at all. Don't go here!

This is rather a Motel (at a very busy road, no points of interest near, you just want to sleep one night and travel on). The place is poorly managed and needs a complete overhaul. Forget about the pool area, you won't want to use it when you see it. Lot's of cheap materials (plastic, fake wood, fake leather). Instead of thoroughly cleaning the shower and bathroom, they put those toilet deodorizer blocks in the corners (see photos). You can smell the toilet cleaner in the room, too. So they installed an automated vanilla vaporizer above the bed to cover up the smell from the toilet. All the staff was wonderful. Warm and welcoming and they went out of their way trying to make me happy. For instance, I didn't like the banana pancake (because they had poured sugar syrup all over it, calling it real honey), they made a special breakfast just for me the next day.

Bad service. Receptionist and room service were unfriendly. I've never write bad comment like this before, but this time, I'm just too disappointed. But maybe it's just that one person (the female receptionist, idont know her name) who did this. But I think the hotel management did not make a good service quality control. One thing i like about this hotel is the spacious and clean room :)

hotel is not recommended. the room lights are not bright, there are no reading lights, turning on a 40 watt reading light is allowed but they charged 50 thousand a day (only 2 hrs) without information before, the reason because it consumes a lot of electricity. while using a hair dryer with a higher voltage is allowed without extra charged. strange hotel

at first everything was fine, it's just that at breakfast it didn't really match what I imagined but whatever it is, I feel very grateful to have met a hotel with cheap prices, good facilities, satisfactory service, very spacious rooms and very affordable locations...... with a view of the pool directly from the room terrace, one of the right choices See you again

I like the place, service & hospitality. It’s nice hotel with spacious room & very convenient area since it’s near with laundry, Street food & any other services. It is also good to be working place.

What a spacious room! It is a comfortable space to stay long in Denpasar area. It has a dining area with a sink. Too bad it doesn't have a microwave (they provide plates, bowls and spoons-forks) but it has a kettle, mugs with coffee & tea. It is not too far to get food or convenient stores and yet it is not noisy. I stayed in a suite room on 1st floor. Be aware that it doesn't have a lift so if you have many suitcases or travel with kids, better ask rooms on ground floor.

Onze ervaring met Choice Stay Denpasar; muf beddengoed met vlekken, niet werkende stopcontacten, niet schoon sanitair, niet goed werkende airco. Ontbijt is duur, 80k per persoon en na het betaald te hebben horen we dat er geen buffet is maar dat we iets van de kaart kunnen kiezen; heel basic, weinig variatie. De kamers zijn wel ruim maar daar is alles mee gezegd. Ook werd er super moeilijk gedaan bij het inchecken. Na nét alles betaald te hebben via pin, moesten we nog 100k als borg (per se in cash) OF onze paspoorten achter de balie achterlaten (?!). Dat werd dus 2 kilometer lopen langs een mega drukke weg die niet geschikt is voor voetgangers naar een pinautomaat voor die borg van maar liefst €6… We zouden kunnen ontbijten beneden in de lobby werd er gezegd, maar de volgende ochtend zaten we daar als enige en na 15 minuten was er nog geen personeel dus toen hebben we besloten weg te gaan en elders te eten. In deze prijsklasse hebben we veel betere hotels gehad op onze reis. We zijn voortijdig vertrokken. Dat dit hotel zo hoog scoort is ons een raadsel.
