Very good villa, staff is helpfull, we have a very nice stay, will come again soon

Villa in need of upgrade and maintenance. Sliding door to dining room is very heavy to move. Missing tissue; bedroom slippers and hairdryer in 1 of the room. No telephone in any of the rooms. No soap in the toilet at the dining area. Service staff are helpful and courteous.

My family and I stayed at this villa for 9days, the photos are more or less the same but unfortunately the upkeep of the villa is not to a great standard, Brocken parts in the bath stained bed linen, holes in curtains scribble on a lounge sofa. This villa has the potential to be a good staycation once this easy to fix things are done, the villa is missing love and a little re vamp from the maintenance team. The staff are meant to clean each day but don’t (bins not emptied and dirty cups still on the side) Breakfast was late on 3 occasions delaying our day trips, on one of the occasion we left without any. On a good not I was recommended a private driver called Manik who was amazing fair and gave great recommendations

My family and I in January stayed at Khayangan Kemenuh Villa.. We stayed for 2 days there, the 2nd day my wife was packing things when we were going to check out of the villa.. suddenly when my wife closed the glass door of the upper room of the villa.. the door broke and hurt my wife.. my wife's whole body was hit by broken glass the villa management dont care.. Without asking how my wife is, even asking us to compensate for the incident.. The glass door of that size will not possibly break if it is only closed normally if in the good maintenece Even to take my wife to the hospital, I was detained on the grounds that I had to pay the loss.. I asked for a cctv recording from the villa so that there is evidence that the incident was not intentional but the villa said that the cctv was dead.. Until now there is no good faith from the villa to ask about my wife's health.. I hope no customer has the same experience as us 🙏🏻 For the management of the khayangan Kemenuh villa, remamber karma has no deadline!

Pro: Beautiful design, modern and Balinese at the same time. Comfortable as well. Big living room upstairs. Pool size is great! Value is good, and not too overpriced. Con: Some cable was hanging out dangerously near the pool, they moved us to better villa. Thank you. We originally booked 2 bedrooms villa 2.5 years ago and then Covid happened so we had to postpone as they won’t allow to cancel, which was a bit disappointing. Anyway, 2.5 years later we finally made it Bali and were really looking forward to staying at the legend khayangan as all the pictures on travel websites looked amazing. But we were very disappointed. The villa was spacious with nice upstairs area and bedrooms. Outside was nice as well. When we went to our villa the nearby fields started to burn rice cuttings and the smoke was everywhere, it was unbearable to breath. I understand it’s not hotels fault and we had to leave our suitcases and go the town as we could not stay there. On our return the smoke cleared and we started to unpack. We went to bedrooms and omg! the stink of cigarettes in both bedrooms was horrible, although they ask people not to smoke. I have an asthma and I was concerned how am I gonna sleep in this conditions. We tried to air it but nothing worked. Then we started to look around and there were things broken, dirty etc. we went on decking outside and the floors were all rotten. My feet went through one of the plagues and I was lucky not to scratch my legs as metal nails were sticking out everywhere. It was a big concern for me as we had our 8yo son with us. I’ve emailed reservation team about all the issues and 30min later the receptionist Putu came to have a look. We were moved to another villa (bare in mind it was after 9pm already and we were very tired). There were no cigarette smell in the bedrooms, which was ok for us. Putu said that the pool wasn’t ready at this villa and someone will come in the morning to clean it for us. So we quickly moved everything and went to bed. When we woke up we started to unpack and look around. Although this villa was a bit better, there were still issues with decking, sun lounger broken, curtains dirty, sink blocked, no microwave compare to last villa which did have it, one tv in the bedroom had few lines in the screen, bedding and towels looked grey etc. but we were still waiting for someone to come and clean the pool as it looked dirty, water wasn’t clear at all. Then I saw a man just throwing chlorine granules into the pool and that it! That was cleaning! We were told not to use a pool until the next day, but they did offer us to us a pool at previous villa, which we did. Anyway, we started using a pool next day. However, it still didn’t look right and our son had itchy skin after using it, which was a concern ones again. Anyway, we stayed there for 4 nights and I could not wait to get out. We had free breakfast( which we were provided with every day), free afternoon tea and few other inclusions like free breakfast in the pool, gift and minibar in our booking, which most of these we didn’t get and were not offered. Restaurant wasn’t opened and we had to get a taxi to the town every day to get something to eat as that area has absolutely nothing around. One positive I can say
