All the hotel staff are very welcoming. I am very impressed with their top notch service. For sure will recommend this hotel to all my friends & family.

The place felt very commercialized and impersonal. I guess I can't compare it since we arrived after checking out of The Legian Club. Very different hotels. The seafood restaurant was excellent!

Really nice hotel. Staff is super super friendly! Breakfast is served at the table and you have a wide selection of different dishes. Hotel room is huge and whatever you need is available. Perfect for some relaxing days!

Our first time here and it was amazing! Love the location! The staffs was helpful and great. I will definitely stay here again if I’m in Bali. Everything was top notch!

Awesome Hotel to stay with the family…
Very spacious rooms and suitable for the family.
Overall hotel is the great to be if you are visiting bali.
Only improvement point - it has very limited menu and portions of food is also limited. Breakfast menu is som limited that my wife avoided eating at the place. Hotel should improve on the menu list and portion of the food.

Not so 5 star hotel. Breakfast was bang average. Staff at lobby is very polite. However, remote TV is not working properly. Complimentary drinks/ snacks were not re-fill the next day. On my last day, I call to front office and ask for complimentary refill but that did not arrive. Extra towel took long time to arrive. Used plates and garbage that we left at front door were not timely cleaned.
For $300, I can choose other better 5 star hotel.
