Lembongan Cliff Villas

Location slightly off but great value for money.

Fantastic spot really close to the prettiest beach and within walking distance to all the best restaurants. The hotel rooms are amazing, we stayed in a two-bedroom villa with the most amazing views. The restaurant serves really delicious food. The staff are very efficient and there was a really good vibe. Highly recommended!

beautiful pool at top restaurant/bar. beautiful view from pool, restaurant and rooms over the beach and reef. beautiful jungle setting. out of the rat-race but with small, picturesque beach a short walk away. very good food at the restaurant (also reasonably priced food). very good cocktails (also reasonably priced). a short walk to the boardwalk full of bars, cafes and restaurants. BEST ASPECT OF THIS PLACE IS THE STAFF. THEY ARE AMAZING AND CAN'T HELP ENOUGH. VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMODATING AND PROFESSIONAL. Disliked · quite a few steep stairs to get to the rooms, restaurant and pool (staff will carry your luggage up and down). lots of centipedes.

A great place to stay, staff are very friendly & attentive. The best views are from the restaurant and the top pool. Close to Song Lambong Beach and easy access to surf breaks. Beware to access your room you need to climb steep steps but well worth the climb. We had a great view from our room as well.

Good friendly check in though not quite as friendy at check out. I think once the Manager has had your business, friendliness stops. Lots of steps (64) to get to the rooms and restaurant so you need to be fit but that is what gives the good views. The rooms are basic and bathrooms desperately need a spruce up. Smelt strongly of toilet cleaner and not very clean. The only shampoo i could find was in a unlabelled glass jar and did not look very nice at all. No hairdryer which is unusual though it does not advertise the rooms as having one. I just presumed it would be supplied so did not take my own. We could not get the TV to work . We arranged a 4 hour tour through the Hotel and were quoted 400,000Rph but were then charged about 550,000 at the end. Felt a little bit duped by the Manager. All staff were very friendly though the Manager quite abrupt. I would NOT stop here again. I would pay a bit more and make sure I read the reviews first.

First time at Cliffs Villas and found them to be clean, spacious and homely. The view from the pool restaurant and villas is amazing 10/10. Location is great being so close to Coconut beach and you can walk along the coastal boardwalk into the town center...about 25min. It is on a cliff so there are stairs but when on holidays a little bit of exercise helps 😉 Can't wait to come back!

Situated with views to the main town, this unpretentious, friendly hotel is a few minutes walk to coconut beach. Excellent snorkeling there, rent a scooter, paddle board, or just chill. Walk right to the restaurants, left to Tamarind and Mushroom beach. Staff are friendly and helpful. Accommodation is inexpensive, comfortable & clean but not flash with great views higher up. Gorgeous pool on the top level by the restaurant.

We stayed 3 nights at Cliff and by the end of it, I was saddened to leave the place. It was such a good experience for all of us thanks to the staff at Cliff. My friend and I had plans to dive but all were cancelled last minute. We had to make impromptu plans to explore the island and the staff could not be more helpful. They arranged private transport for us to Ceningan and fetched us back. We went fishing one day and brought back ＞10 fishes. The villa’s restaurant was more than happy to cook our catch for us (though note this was not peak hour), sharing various Balinese techniques / recipes. The guest facing staff have a relatively good command of English and through them we were able to understand more about the island and their lifestyle. Apart from these specific incidents, I would say the service level here is infallible and heartfelt. The rooms are modest and clean, they come equipped with good AC and comfortable beds. My favourite was the porch where you can enjoy an unparalleled view of the sea (our villa had a direct view of the sea) or admire the stars at night. The pool and cafe are also very comfortable to chill at. The villa is directly connected to Song Lampong beach (＜5 mins walk) and from there one can take the boardwalk to the Long Beach area, or go for a mini hike to the adjacent Tamarind beach (＜15 mins). When not eating at the hotel cafe, we ordered in - many local eateries provide this service at a small or no extra fee. A shout out to Bronjo, Kopang, Pak Arka and all the other staff who made our short stay an amazing and unforgettable one.
