The worst "hospitality" experience I've had. The management is borderline rude, takes advantage of customers every moment they can, dishonours signed agreements and gives partial refunds. I'd never recommend stating there. The location was nice, I really liked it at first but then got in touch with the management to book a room longer term and they changed their price 2 times raising it 40%, as we were speaking, they were putting prices on booking platforms up as well, so it wasn't making sense to book it anymore. At some point we reached an agreement and I paid a deposit for the room. 2 days later they reached out asking for more money. I refused, asked for the deposit back, which they refunded but changed $60 transfer fees to me!! They were the party that dishonoured the signed agreement and they "hospitably" charged the fees at my expense. At the same time raising prices and making other people pay 50%+ for rooms. I've never had such a bad experience in hospitality. All positive first emotions are gone and I'll never stay in the place again as well as will never recommend it to anyone. Seeing some similar reviews on Google, I believe this is a common issue and I don't believe this business will make it very far.
