Truly amazed with the room, it is huge and the hotel compound is also nicely decorated. They have a nice pool and balcony at the room.

A small boutique hotel but the rooms are Very spacious room. Swimming pool is old style and breakfast is a la Carte. They tried to help me with things that they could.

Nice place and value for money... Will back next trip..

Great Villa with a quiet and beautiful environment. Location is not a big deal to me cuz grab can take you everywhere.

是小型villa酒店，不大，laundry也是外包的服務，離市區打車20分鐘左右，附近啥也沒有，早上會被雞叫弄醒，酒店態度還不錯，房間和同價位的烏布酒店差不多：陰暗潮濕，但衞生間很不錯

Je suis assez mitigé sur cet hôtel. L'accueil fu très sympathique et souriant. La chambre était plutôt propre même si plusieurs insectes morts étaient présents dans la chambre, ainsi que la douche pas très bien nettoyee ! Nous avons pris 2 fois le room service, un étai bon et l'autre vraiment pas bon (c'était comme du rechauffer? avons-nous eu pas de chance ? ) Enfin le plus gros point négatif est le bruit, des 3 h-4h du matin les coqs sont là et vers 7h les étudiants arrive à l'école qui est juste à côté de l'hôtel... Si vous désirez profiter de votre séjour à l'hôtel et faire des grasses matinées... Choissiez un autre hôtel.... L'emplacement de l'hôtel est un peu perdu, il n'y a rien autour, pas de boutiques ni de convenience store....

Very happy with everything! Environment is very soothing and beautiful. Service is so nice and considerate! But the chicken nearby are sometimes loud. This was driving me a bit crazy. It would be nice if the hotel can provide some earplugs!

My two friends and I stayed at Gantari from January 2 to 8, 2025. We want to express our gratitude for a wonderful stay. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making our arrival feel like a home away from home. Throughout our stay, we had pleasant interactions with everyone we met. The hotel’s peaceful atmosphere and beautiful garden surroundings were a real treat. The bird calls, especially early mornings, add to the tranquillity. Unfortunately, we had to check out early at 6:30 am on January 8, so we missed our usual breakfast at the hotel. However, the hotel staff went above and beyond by preparing a take-away breakfast for us. This thoughtful gesture truly deserves special mention and our heartfelt appreciation.

Very nice, comfortable, large and very clean hotel. all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast although ala carte but using fresh ingredients and quite delicious. Thank you for the experience of staying with the Gantari ubud.

I had a mixed feeling about this place. We booked a pool access suite for two nights. My first impression was definitely bad. Okay, let's start with the good one. Room, bed, and bathroom were spacious. The quality of amenities also great. Water pressure also strong and hot water also available. Internet connection was pleasant enough (only down once, which was kind of acceptable for me). Pool was kind of masive and beautifully design. Let's move to the bad one. Location was kind of bad for me. There was literally nothing but temples within walking distance. Street was narrow and no parking space on sight. They offer a free valet parking though. I was also had a bad experience during check in. This is the first time I hear what so called Extra person charge and Extra bed charge at the same time. The amount was fantastic too and I had to negotiate that with the feeling of wonder and almost angry. It's kind of hard to bring big luggages since they don't have any easy access to that; just ask the staffs to help you out. Room layout is good for any romantic hide away, but kind of uncomfortable for traveling with toddlers. It was smelly when first open the door for the first time; smell like an old dusty wood, but gone after opening up all the doors for around 15 minutes. When the temples has some kind of events, it's kind of nightmares; very loud. Breakfast was just okay with limited options and the place was so hot since it is considered an open space and sky (glass roof, which I found weird and ridiculous). No restaurant within the premises, so we have to go out for literally any meals. Overall, our stay was kind of roller-coaster experience.
