Avis : Hotel Neo - Kuta, Jelantik

Personnel sympathique surtout à la réception (Pak Agus). Nous sommes heureux en tant que séjour en famille que notre chambre offre un accès plus facile. Chambre moderne avec de bons produits et services.

L'hôtel se trouve à 20 minutes à pied de la plage de Kuta et se trouve sur une route principale facile à localiser. Il peut prévoir des places de stationnement limitées en façade (communes ici)l. Il y a une pharmacie et un petit supermarché en face de l'hôtel. Bien que ma chambre d’hôtel soit relativement petite, elle dispose d’un coffre-fort et d’un réfrigérateur, parfaits pour un séjour plus long.  Elle dispose également d'un grand espace douche. Pour référence, la plupart des hôtels économiques plus proches de la plage de Kuta se trouvent dans des routes de village étroites et ne peuvent pas fournir de places de parking pour les voitures et les vélos. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel à ce niveau de prix est bon.

L'hôtel est correct, c'est juste que HK n'est pas assez propre sous la table et les chaises il y a des déjections de rats il semble noir foncé il y en a... ici je ne veux plus prolonger alors déplacez les hôtels... continuez s'il vous plait la chambre propre

Situé loin de l'agitation de la scène de fête de Kuta ou de Seminyak, mais à seulement 15 minutes à pied. Et à environ 20 minutes à pied de la plage. Bon pour un court séjour. Pas de piscine. Le service est moyen. Bon rapport qualité/prix dans l'ensemble.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour d'une semaine à Neo. Le personnel était très sympathique et rapide et pratique avec le service client. Le réceptionniste nous a organisé une moto à bon prix, ce qui nous a permis d'explorer différentes plages chaque jour. Certainement un gardien des livres.

I had a pleasant stay at Neo Hotel Patih Jelantik. The location is very convenient, close to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for something affordable and cozy in the heart of Bali. Would definitely come back

The hotel is a prime location and is just off the main busy bar street in Kuta. The hotel provides a good breakfast and is clean and comfortable to stay in.

Firstly, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude for the exceptional hospitality that we experienced during our stay. From the reception staff to the concierge, waiters, and housekeeping, everyone was incredibly helpful and made us feel welcomed. I would rate the service 5/5 without hesitation. However, I regret to inform you that our experience was marred by an unfortunate issue. After our second night, we encountered a bed bug infestation in our room, which was a significant concern. This experience left us disappointed, as it impacted what otherwise would have been a perfect stay. I kindly request that you pay closer attention to room cleanliness, especially regarding the bedding. While minor issues like the occasional roach can be expected due to the local humidity, bed bugs represent a serious concern that can tarnish the reputation of an otherwise beautiful property. As a family who also runs a chain of hotels in Malaysia, I understand the importance of maintaining high standards of cleanliness, particularly when it comes to pests. I’m sharing this feedback not to criticize, but because I truly care about the hospitality industry and want to see it continue to grow and improve everywhere. I believe that Hotel Neo Jelantik has a lot of potential and is a beautiful property with a unique and classy design. However, addressing this issue of cleanliness, particularly regarding bed bugs, will be essential to ensure that the hotel can maintain its reputation as a top-tier destination in Kuta, Bali. Great service, decent bolted down safe and free water on each floor with breakfast buffet breakfast for 75k. The only downside is the lack of hot water for showering...

An urban-style hotel in Kuta, with amenities such as a jacuzzi, and water dispenser. Its ideal location is a great feature, nearby the busy Jl Legian, and also the beach, which is a 15-minute walk. The check-in and guest registration process is convenient. On the ground floor there is a cafe/restaurant with breakfast. For those looking for a comfy place to stay with an affordable price, this hotel is the right choice.

The price and location is good. Clean. Nearby legian walking street, convenient store, restaurant and bar. May be Abit far to the beach and Abit dark during the night. The only minus is the window was facing the wall.
