大家小心這家酒店！！確切的説不是什麼酒店，就更別提什麼精品了！！我預訂的房間明確寫明有窗户，在二層，實際上給我的房間卻沒有窗户！！衹有一個打不開的假窗户，而且在一層！！我入住以後才發現，但是因為當時時間比較晚了，並沒有當時和店家提出質疑。在睡覺的時候一直聽見有響聲，塑料袋的聲音，後來打開燈才發現是蟑螂在垃圾桶裏找吃的，泰國的蟑螂比國內大多了，太嚇人了！！一直開着燈到3點鐘不敢睡覺，然後等我睡著了以後，門外又一直有聲音，隔壁房間和樓道里説話的聲音，還有走動的聲音聽的一清二楚，因為兩邊房間中間的樓道實在太窄了，而且房間不知道拿什麼做的隔斷，隔音效果非常差。一晚上沒睡着！！第二天早上7點就去找店家問房型的問題，為什麼給我的房型和我預訂的不一樣，店家也沒給出説法，他的意思是假窗户也是窗户！！無語……總之大家不要定這家酒店，確切的説這家家庭旅館！！

Cana Boutique Hotel is located in a quiet urban corner surrounded by a lovingly-tended city garden, with a cozy air-con café where breakfast is included. Short walk from MRT stop Bang Yi Khan. The cleanest hotel in Bangkok with super beds, good linens, and air-con dark and quiet room for sleep. Thank you Ang and Rachpong and your staff for cappuccinos in the morning and cold afternoon beers; help with luggage; laundry; booking for massage at Health Land not far; MRT map and directions. If you are looking for a boutique hotel a bit away from the busy tourist hawkers, Cana Boutique feels like a homestay with hotel amenities.

Very clean. Hi speed internet. Exceptional service, exceptional breakfast for Asians European and Americans.( it’s in the restaurant choice of about 50 ho t drinks fruit juices etc. and rich. Menu) Airport transportation service at moderate price. Location is not the best but is very close to a Metro station. Owners ready to satisfy you just have to ask Very good value for your money

It's a small hotel, has just 7 bedrooms and ours was pretty big, a really big bed, smart tv,air con free amenities every day (free water, instant noodles, coffee). Thy really treated us more than fine, they helped us in everything we requested, the breakfast was just amazing. Would recommend every single time! Thanks

I have been traveling for more than 30 years in 100+ countries. This 'boutique' hotel is the worst one, bar none. This review will provide 3 reasons for my claim and why everyone should avoid this place like plague. Firstly, the service is extremely unprofessional. We arrived on 31st Dec around 3.30 pm and the room was not ready hence the staff told us to wait for a while. One hour later, the room was not ready yet. When pressed for an answer, the woman at the reception told us that the room will be ready 'soon': that was after 5pm when we got into our room. I do not like how they lie through their teeth and justify their incompetence that the hotel was 'busy'. This is an indefensible excuse for those who work in this industry. Secondly, when asked if there is any lift, the staff just scoffed and said that 'it was only two floors', which is a totally ignorant answer. This implies that the guests who stay here need to have a physically-abled body to get up and down the stairs without falling down nor exhausting themselves; not every traveller will fit this kind of ignorant assumption. Thirdly, the hotel is labelled as a 'boutique' hotel. In actuality, it is not. It is a converted apartment/dorm. This type of building is very common in Thailand where undergrad students or young workers will often live. There are several tell-tales for this from the massive electricity box with individual meter for each room on the second floor or how the rooms and toilets are structured. I do not mind if they are describing this place as it is but not providing false claim that this is a 'boutique' hotel. The room is of a size of a box, by the way. The price is reasonably cheap for Bangkok but throw out your expectations out of the windows. Actually, forget that and just stay some place else. We decided not to stay there and went someplace else.

We stayed at Cana Boutique hotel from Nov. 1-8. We enjoyed our stay. We were four in our party. The room we stayed in was a family room – it was clean and spacious. The owners Rachpong and Ang were very friendly and quick to respond to our requests. The food in their restaurant was excellent. We will definitely stay in this hotel next time we are in Bangkok.
