Four Points by Sheraton Bansko

The hotel was recently renovated, the lobby is nice with the stuff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for a 4 star hotel and overall we enjoyed our stay.

酒店很新，乾淨整潔舒適的客房，位置優越，出門就是商業區，購物吃飯很方便。離纜車站300米左右，旁邊有個很大的免費停車場。非常推薦。

One of the greatest hotels i have ever stayed and for sure better than the old and neglected kempinski. Marriot once again made a jewelry. Super comfy and cozy room, clean with nice atmospheric scenery. Everybody is smiley and polite. Highly recommended.

This hotel is the best hotel in Bansko comparing to other 4 and 5 stars hotels. It is a prime Location with a short walk to the gondola and next to all the restaurants and historic sites of Bansko. Best service to the point that they even arranged a personal ride for me when all the taxis in Bansko were busy and not responding to phone calls (as Bansko has only one taxi company). Great breakfast, very attentive chef that we had a pleasure to talk to many times. Modern, freshly renovated rooms with comfortable beds and great Mountain View’s. Modern, upscale feeling lobby with great bartender. Bright, modern hallways. They arranged even laundry for us and personally dropped it off when we had issues with one of the off-site laundry places. They staff is very attentive, smiling and trying their best. We were very happy staying at this hotel as titaniums and would recommend this hotel to everyone that is looking for professionally run hotel in Bansko. I can’t wait for their kids club to be open, as that will be a cherry on the cake.

We spent a weekend at the hotel for Ski & Hiking... The hotel is very new & rooms are clean & modern, the breakfast is very good & there's also a restaurant and a bar on site... The hotel staff are very helpful & friendly, and the front desk manager is very helpful.. The location of the hotel is very convenient, walking distance from the Ski gondola, ice rink & several good bars & restaurants... There's both an indoor & outdoor pools, a spa & a pool table, really everything you need to have a great time... Can't recommend the place enough and we'll definitely come back when in Bulgaria :)

Hi first time staying here since changing name to four points by sheraton lovely hotel all staff lovely and helpful especially when carrying luggage come over straightaway and take luggage off u and carries it for you rooms lovely I stayed with my friends they had a double bed upstairs and me and my 9 year old god daughter had a double bed downstairs rooms spacious lovely large tv on wall good storage comes with tea n coffee maker n fridge lovely bathroom with shower maids come everyday not always in morning but always come and tidy make beds we stayed half Board breakfast was buffet style hot and contentail choices food not greatest found beans luke warm but good choice of hot n cold drinks went for tea 3 times 1st time buffet really nice next two times they give you a menu to choose from still included in half board don't pay for meals only issue was my mates burger wasn't properly cooked but they were vert apologetic and offered her a fresh one good kids menu to pay for drinks was nice boot room to store skiing equipment mini bus to tke you to gondola about 815am lovely trip lovely hotel friendly helpful staff

Newly renovated, very nice and cozy rooms. Excellent location, and impressive was very friendly staff, and helpful on every demand. Breakfast was with good variety, and sufficient space in the restaurant. What it could improve is room cleaning, need to be reminded to clean the room on daily bases.

Has been beautifully renovated. Very relaxing and modern feel. Rooms are clean & fresh. Great location on Pirin Street and easy walking distance to the gondola to get up the mountain for skiing. Spa area is lovely and fresh. Only slight let down - breakfast buffet a bit cold (food needs to be kept warmer), coffee quality not so great - overheated filter pots.
