Belles chambres vastes Personnel à l écoute et aux petits soins Spa agréable :piscine extérieure chauffée , piscine intérieure vaste avec bains à remous , plusieurs hammans et plusieurs saunas , soins particuliers à la demande Parfait Pas très loin du départ des télécabines Belles pistes skiables et ensoleillées Beaucoup de restaurants d altitude Prix défiant toute concurrence Chiens acceptés avec supplément

L’accueil Est irréprochable, personnel aux petits soins avec les clients. L’hôtel est propre et repas très variés Petit déjeuner au top tout est prévu pour passer un bon séjour Spa et piscines sont très propre malgres le monde J’ai fais deux soins corps , je suis revenue détendue mais en plus elle ose vraiment appuyer sur les points de pressions Super station On espère revenir Tout est abordable niveau tarif

We stayed at the St. Ivan Rilski Hotel end of December 2023. We were very pleased with the accommodation conditions, looks like the hotel has undergone a major repair process and feels like a new one, the rooms, the furniture, the spa, everything is luxurious, clean and cozy, more than justifies a four star hotel, the service is nice, the staff is very friendly. We had a lesson with Mihajlo from the hotels Ski Rent, very professional, took us just two lessons from absolute begginers to confidently skiing on the blue slopes, very recommended... The hotels location is a bit off the main events and the gondola but the shuttle service compensates for it, it's regular everyday to the gondola and back... Big thanks to the staff and see you guys next year...

We just had our ski holiday ar St Ivan Rilski, it had everything we needed. I could say a very fair raport between price and quality of services. Meals in restaurant were very delicious and diversified, you could find something appropiate no matter what food preferences you had, the staff were very helpfull and discreet, it was all done having "the customer" at the center of everything they did, showing willingness to help you in every issue. Our kids had no breack to feel bored between the nice sking experience( surprisingly even in the kids holiday), the pool acess and the evening kids activities in the very nice lobby at -1. Indoor parking and ski storage close to it made things quite vomfortable for us, same as the shuttle bus to and from the gondola. Overall ,it has exceeded our expectations for this holiday and we will come back. Irina N

Currently here at the hotel and I have to say the statement best 4 * mountain hotel in Bulgaria is definitely overrated First of all receptionist at the hotel doesn’t offer too much information and the app hotel guide as well Traveling with a child we decided to go all inclusive but not a good choice at all … they have very limited choices for all three meals, definitely not child friendly and all food is Warm at best, all the food seems recycled from one meal to another, no grills, very few sides The drinks are very low quality and even so, the “bars” for all inclusive are placed in areas very hard to get … like none of the bars are accessible if you want to use the lounge to relax Kids animation almost inexistent and children playground is very very small the shuttle bus to the slopes has a break at lunch, so no way you can go skiing with the child and get back for lunch you have to take a taxi The famous spa/pool area is very small compared to the hotel capacity and it gets very crowded in the afternoon. The pool can’t be used for swimming as it it built with level variations, most of the pool is 80 cm deep, so people just stay there in the water … It was a very bad choice coming at this hotel and of course they charge you for the full reservation when you arrive … something I didn’t see at any other hotel At this price point you can definitely find a lot better options in Bansko …

Lovely hotel with the most amazing spa with a gorgeous adults only zone with steam rooms, saunas and heated beds. Indoor pool has massage jets of water as well as jacuzzi. Outdoor pool with seating and lovely hot tub. Food very good and In abundance! Staff were all really helpful. Could get skis and boots hired from within the hotel. Kids kept changing their boots like Goldilocks! No problem at all. We all really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Lovely hotel in Elevated spot. Within walking distance to town and gondola. Free mini bus transportation to Gondola. Nice large room. Beautiful indoor spa area with access included. Outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Nice selection for breakfast and evening dinner with local wine/ beer /soft drinks included. A big thank you to Salih on reception. A very friendly helpful guy. Only negative a would give is food is warm rather than hot. This is a common complaint of Bulgarian hotels. Having said that, excellent value for money. Quiet location

So I recently got into snowboarding and this was my 2nd snowboarding trip (first trip going solo). And I specifically chose this place because I wanted to focus majority of time on snowboarding, and I figured this would place would be perfect because I can be on the mountain all day, come back, go spa, have dinner served, sleep and repeat. And that's exactly what I did. But what I didn't expect is how good the spa and food would be. I was very skeptical on the food because some of the reviews say the food is bland and cold. And I'm quite a fussy eater, especially in Bulgaria because I dislike cheese and most dishes consist of cheese. But I was fine with it. It served its purpose and more. And local alcohol was also included which was a nice surprise. But what really blew me away was the spa services. The saunas, the jacuzzi, the thermal pool, the steam rooms, everything! I loved it and I don't think the pictures or description does it justice. This hotel is also perfect for people who don't mind walking. I was able to walk back to the hotel from a full day of boarding no problem (10 - 15 min walk). And also, this hotel is great value for money! I will definitely be coming back

It’s a real shame as I blame TUI more than the hotel for mis advertising, The hotel is in a great location, spa is amazing, staff are generally really friendly, the rooms in the hotel are better quality than the apartments, as the apartments are very basic, no curtains, wardrobes in poor condition ... but my main issue is I have been sold an all inclusive package when it’s not! Basically you are only allowed drinks in the restaurant when it is open, when we complained we couldn’t drink in the bar we were shown to the kids club area where there is a help yourself mini type bar with cans of larger and cheap wine, you can’t get lemonade or coke, no spirits. There is nothing in your room to make tea or coffee and even water you have to fill empty plastic bottles in the restaurant to take to your room. The biggest joke is lunch time where they stop the shuttle bus from 12 to 2 so you can’t get back for the lunch you have paid for! Even last nigh we were playing cards in the family room and all the machines were turned off at 9.30 so you couldn’t even get a soft drink and then we were kicked out of the room as they wanted to close despite the sign on the door saying it was open until midnight. Please take my advise, the hotel is lovely but don’t get conned into paying extra for the all inclusive.
