Affordable price, awesome room, but food quality was not good as expected. Should be some good quality of food during the stay

It was on of my best stays away from home, serene stay is indeed in midst of a serene valley, the room was well equipped with a bukhari (traditional heater) a room heater and heated blankets, the washrooms were neat and tidy with a huge geyser, the food and hospitality was top notch with imtiyaz bhai and azam taking good care of us, and the food was delicious local cusine ! loved our stay here !

Good hospitality, yummy food and location 2. 8km from ******** stop. But you can get sharing vans from morning till 5 in the evening. Locals are freindly and helpful.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel – the ambiance was nice, and the staff, including Syed Imtayaz and Azam, were incredibly helpful and attentive. The delicious vegetarian food prepared by them added to the positive experience. Overall, a decent place with friendly people taking care of everything.Might face some electricity issue in winter's.

Serene stay villa is located around 30 minutes away from gulmarg valley, away from the crowd. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The best part of the stay is imtiyaz( the caretaker) and his cooked food.

Location is very easily accessible through car. Host and caretaker were always in touch guiding us all the way through. Food was really good and hospitality was way better

One night stay at serene stay villa was worth every penny. Food, heating, cleanliness, everything on point. The caretaker and manager were very cooperative and helpful in every regard. Surely gonna visit again!
