Hotel Kailash International

Very poor service. They will not entertain you. You have to call ***y times to get a service. They will not clean the room, change the bed sheets, and refill the bathroom items on a daily basis. As this is the only property in the city they are having monopoly and running the property as per their convenience. But in future they will suffer too after having some competition. Their front desk is totally unprofessional, they will instruct you to call on this number, call on that number and nobody will pick the call at those numbers. You call and call and call, they receive and say okay and then no follow up. Food is good, gym and pool are at nice place. One park inside the premises and you can walk after dinner , that is the best part in the hotel.

I came a little late at night and booked my room online. They gave me a room with damaged and damp walls. I asked them if they could change the room but they refused to do so stating that they do not have other room, which I seriously doubt as it didn’t look as busy. The staff was polite but still not worth the price you are paying if you get a room and service like this.

The hotel is situated in the highway admist the city. A huge property with all amenities and well maintained The property is neat and clean and comfortable The staff are courteous and well behaved The food served is excellent and the service is good Oasis in the desert

although the hotel is not that bad, my experience was bad if not horrible. I was alloted room 237 which doesn't have any window, only walls like a prison. I asked them to change it, for that I have to wait for half an hour and after that they showed me a roadside room with 2 single beds which has a lot of noise coming from road. I asked them if they had any other room but they denied although the hotel was not full at all. I went back to same room no 237 but didn't knew that more horror is awaiting. I don't know what was behind the walls, central ac unit or water treatment plant or something else, a loud noise was coming from that side whole night and I was unable to sleep peacefully, the only reason I came to this hotel. The service was also not upto the mark as in the morning I told them to send someone to pick my luggage, it taken more than half an hour again that also after reminding them. please check the room carefully before renting it. On the positive side, this is a big, spacious, neat and clean rooms. The quality of room and bathroom was good too. Indoor pool and Zym was also good but the best thing was the food. I had a delicious veg dum biryani in the evening and had a very good breakfast in the morning with ***y options. The hotel has 2 restaurants in which one is pure veg.
