La première impression une fois entrée était grande. Je suis une personne simple, pas si fussy capable d'adapter à l'environnement dans les attentes. Réservé cela via Booking.com et a été tenu de payer en espèces. Pas assez en espèces en main. Luis l'admission a aidé à sortir. Il a offert de monter sur une vélo, il a expliqué qu'il sera plus sûr avec lui. Merci pour cela. Entrée concierge - Crédit au jeune chap, Luis. Il est poli et il est allé plus loin. 5/5 Bureau frontal - Nous aimerons toujours la culture des personnes qui fournissent des services ici. Comme toujours très gentil et poli. Mais ils sembleront mieux en uniforme standard. 5/5 Chambre 601/602 - nous avons vérifié dans la famille de 5. 2 grandes chambres spacieuses avec des enfants qui courent activement autour. La propreté peut être améliorée. Les coupes ne sont pas nettoyées. Elles sont toujours en verre. Chambre 602 ne sont pas entièrement utilisées avec une cuve, un savon à la salle de bain ou un savon à bar et un shampooing non rempli. La madrasse n'est pas confortable car je peux sentir le printemps. L'eau chaude ne fonctionne pas. Il faut se concentrer sur les essences. 2/5 Petit déjeuner - pas beaucoup de variété pour l'hôtel budget. Considérez-vous assez bon. Pour la famille avec les enfants, je voudrais voir des céréales pour les enfants petit déjeuner. 3/5 Départ - C'était agréable quand nous avons voyageé pendant les vacances de SG. Ils ont un taux standard de taxi, donc vous n'avez pas à vous inquiéter pour voyager autour. 4/5 Emplacement - Très proche des pubs et magasins. 5/5. Distance de marche de 15-30mins au Mall Nagoya Hill. Globale Rating - 3.5/5 Merci pour l'hospitalité.

AP Premier is one of the oldest hotel in Batam Indonesia and was known as Novotel in the past. The hotel was one of the top grade hotels in Batam when I stayed there 20+ years ago (yr 2001). Although there are many hotel options now days in batam but AP Premier is still my favorite place to stay when visiting batam for business trip recently. The hotel location is good to me. It is very near to ferry terminal, Habourbay (in fact within walking distance) and Nagoya, the old town center where most of the tourists from Singapore would like to visit. The hotel public area is quite spacious. The breakfast selection was great. Room is clean and comfortable to stay. Hotel service is awesome especially the front desk team like Miss Wani and Mr Dona are exceptionally helpful.

L'hôtel est situé à 8 h ou 9 h, car nous n'avons pas pu être en position de séjour. Nous avons été ravis de disposer d'une belle chambre de luxe pour nous-mêmes à ce moment-là. Le personnel était très agréable et hébergé. La réception a même accueilli ma dernière demande de surprise de naissance pour mon hubby à minuit. Ils étaient si gentils !! Ils ont préparé un gâteau de lava de chocolat avec une bougie de naissance et un bon anniversaire souhaité sur la plaque. Le centre de la ville est très bien situé. La chambre était grande - spacieuse avec canapé et chaises à armoire avec de beaux meubles, toute la chambre est très propre avec un confort confortable, les installations de la salle de bain étaient excellentes, et le lit du roi et les coussins étaient si confortables j'avais le meilleur sommeil en plusieurs mois! Le meilleur sommeil était certainement l'accent de ma vacance cette fois autour 🤭 La situation est magnifique, étant donné qu'elle est si proche du Mall Nagoya Hill, tout ce que nous avons à faire était juste aller à l'arrière. Le service de la chambre est très bien, mais il est très bon pour moi de ne pas être très agréable. Les chambres sont très belles comme les photos qu'elles ont téléchargées. Nous avons vraiment fait notre jour ici à Grand I Hotel. Merci à tous les employés qui nous ont servi pendant notre séjour 28-30 Jan 2023 à la Chambre 627. Nous sommes très reconnaissants pour une belle vacance et une expérience de anniversaire ici. Nous reviendrons quand nous reviendrons à Batam. Continuez le bon travail!

Nous avons séjourné en famille de 3 pour 2 nuits. La chambre était propre et propre. L'entrée était rapide et sans problème. Le personnel était utile et amiable. La location de la villa est bonne, à pied à proximité du restaurant de la mer. La distance parcourue par les centres commerciaux n'est pas trop loin, car vous pouvez facilement obtenir un Gojek. Il est à environ 6 km de la station BCS et A2 cour alimentaire. Un côté en bas, je pense, c'est l'absence de variété pour le petit déjeuner, il serait bon si il y ait une diffusion de buffet. La musique du café/bar voisin était assez loud jusqu'à ce que cela pourrait perturber les invités qui peuvent être là pour refroidir n relax. Il ne m'a pas très mal, je suis probablement fatigué si bien dormi. Globalement une expérience agréable de séjour dans cet hôtel. Recommandé pour les couples qui souhaitent avoir un geste romantique.

Good business hotel laying in the heart of Batam Centre. Room is clean and the closets smell like new. Toilet have integrated bidet and is, as well as the shower, well maintained. Breakfast is nice with a various choice of local and western meals. Served by motivated personell who will help you when you need them. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I feel that the price / quality is not really correct. In my opinion the price is too high especially when you have to pay extra for breakfast. If you're a businessman this will be the perfect hotel to stay for you. For leisure it's also a good hotel, but there are other hotels over there who will offer you enough for 50% of the price I paid for this hotel.

Stayed between 12 - 14 Dec 2022. The hotel is about 5 mins walk away from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There are 2 Circle K across the hotel and the stretch of seaside restaurants (Wey Wey, Alco) is about 2 mins away. Nearest supermarket, Go Go Supermart is located approximately 5 mins walk away from the hotel, located beside Swiss-Bell Hotel and underneath the defunct Harbour Bay Mall. Hotel's Front Desk is friendly and able to communicate in English. I was asked to consider upgrading my room at a special price (~S$9) as the room I booked was small. I agreed since the offer was much larger and came with a balcony. Regrettably, my room was only ready at about 3.30pm, 30mins after the check-in time at 3pm. My Room (207) is in a slightly run down condition with uneven floor tiles, cracks and paint peeling on the walls, water ponding at the toilet drain outlet next to the toilet bowl. The cleanliness is bad too with stains on the covers of the bed, pillows, blanket. The furniture surfaces in the room and balcony were dusty. Water pressure in the shower was adequate but the hot water only lasted for about 5 mins. Bath towels were unavailable during check in and only available at 4pm according to Housekeeping. I left for dinner at around 5pm and the towels weren't delivered yet. Thankfully, they were there when I came back. The view on my balcony was partially obstructed by the hotel's signboard as it is located directly above the hotel's arrival lobby. The corridor was dark most of the time with only lights at both ends. During my stay, I've only encountered the lights for the whole corridor switched around 7pm only on one evening. Breakfast is provided Sweet Corner Restaurant at Level 1 of the hotel between 7am to 11am. The food was simple with options of rice, noodles, porridge, white bread with condiments. Style of the staples and complimenting dishes varies daily. Eggs can be ordered from the staff. Choices available were Sunny Side Up, Soft Boiled, Omelette. The options for beverages were tea, coffee, and orange juice made from highly watered down concentrated syrup. I also have 2 of my lunches there; once while waiting for check-in and once before check-out. Staff were not eager to serve though but still gets your order right. Waiting time for my lunch to be served was about 10 mins. Located at Level 1 is also Alamanda Spa & Massage, which offers various types of massages and spa treatments. They have a beautiful section on the rooftop of the hotel but it could be only used for the higher tiered packages as I was always led to the rooms at Level 1 twice for my Tradition Full Body and Totok Wajah massages. Grab can pick up at the hotel. Please note that Grab are not able to pick up passengers at the Ferry Terminal and some Hotels and Shopping Malls. You might have to walk a distance away from these locations to board. Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and Batam City Square Mall (BCM) have dedicated Grab Points at the Pintu Timur (East Entrance)

Yello Hotel est un hôtel millénaire, confort, propre et personnel très utile et joyeux, le goût de la nourriture si bon et manu choix pour le petit déjeuner, et ils ont beaucoup de jeux comme le zoo de hockey, le football, et PS5, tous gratuits pour les jeux, Thankyou Yello Hotel, nous reviendrons

Hotel was mediocre. Room does not have minibar. Airconditioning works weirdly. Switched it on but cannot feel any cold air within the room. Had to switched it off and switched it on again and again to ensure it works perfectly. Heater was useless. By the time it hits the second person who wants to shower,theres only cold water. Raised it up but no difference. So didnt bother to raise it up again. In front of the hotel there was a massive construction with a lot of noise obstruction. No message was left in the room to inform us on the massive drillings that we had to face. Nevetheless, the balcony was a plus point. Your staff Bayu was great. Check in was seamless , he took the time to explain to us thoroughly and informed us on the channels that was showing WorldCup. The Google nest in the room was a plus point too! Which i think its very brilliant. Havent been to a hotel that uses a google nest as a form of communication to the Reception which is very user friendly. Netflix and spotify was available too! Walking distance to Nagoya which is fine. Provided a 24/7 in room spa services whch require a 30minutes lead time as well. It was an average stay. Could have been better.

Gymnasium de haut niveau. grand lit et spacieux. Hôtel à l'opposé il y a intérieur mais il faut traverser une route occupée. A côté de l'hôtel il y a un mini intérieur qui ne nécessite pas de traverser la route principale. La propagation des seins est considérée comme grande par rapport à l'autre hôtel 4 étoiles Batam.

Very nice stay at Montigo Resort. The staff are friendly and have a fast response. Like the breakfast very much, a lot of choices at buffet breakfast, most of the foods served fresh and hot for both western and local food, plenty of bakery choice. The room is complete with different types of mosquitoes repeller. 24-hour room service, which is perfect for us as 1 of our family members reached the resort at night and required a late dinner. We requested a few empty wine glasses and it delivered to our villa within 10mins, it was a great service for us to enjoy our family chit chat time. The room is clean and comfortable, and a lot of mineral water is provided and refilled every day. The sea view villa is great for sunset view with jetty as background.
