Le salon est situé au 12ème étage avec vue sur le port (salle 1231). La chambre était équipée d'un lit de taille règne avec des sièges de fenêtre de la baie, la salle de bains avait un bain et une douche séparée. Le personnel de l'hôtel était gentil et utile. La piscine + piscine tournante + piscine pour enfants est sur le 5ème étage avec vue sur la mer. La salle de sport est bien équipée avec 3 tapis, 2 éléptiques, 3 bicyclettes stationnaires, 2 bancs de poids gratuits et certaines machines. La piscine est propre (mon séjour était le week-end) 25m de longueur à sa longueur la plus longue. Décent pour les enfants. Grands vues sur la mer. Le piscine de whirlpool à côté est un plus point. Le niveau 2 de l'hôtel se connecte au centre de Bayfront adjacent. Les restaurants à la promenade sont accessibles du niveau 1 de l'hôtel lobby. Il y a beaucoup de choix de nourriture, principalement des restaurants de mer. Le restaurant de la chaleur est également très bien situé. Ils ont été utilisés pour le rituel Quan Day pour deux heures (2.5 heures) qui incluait le massage de pierre, la lampe à oreille, le scrub et la masque (plus V-spa Retus pour les dames) pour Rp 2,000,000 avant impôts (avec impôts était environ Rp 4,000,000 = SGD 400). La qualité des masseurs était faible (techniques de massage, temps des pierres chaudes), service inattendu, instructions incertaines (possible en raison de la langue; masseurs parlent simple anglais). Il n'a pas été dit sur le début de la masque, seulement pour réaliser que nous avons dû reposer pendant 15 minutes pour le processus de masque.

Stayed between 12 - 14 Dec 2022. The hotel is about 5 mins walk away from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There are 2 Circle K across the hotel and the stretch of seaside restaurants (Wey Wey, Alco) is about 2 mins away. Nearest supermarket, Go Go Supermart is located approximately 5 mins walk away from the hotel, located beside Swiss-Bell Hotel and underneath the defunct Harbour Bay Mall. Hotel's Front Desk is friendly and able to communicate in English. I was asked to consider upgrading my room at a special price (~S$9) as the room I booked was small. I agreed since the offer was much larger and came with a balcony. Regrettably, my room was only ready at about 3.30pm, 30mins after the check-in time at 3pm. My Room (207) is in a slightly run down condition with uneven floor tiles, cracks and paint peeling on the walls, water ponding at the toilet drain outlet next to the toilet bowl. The cleanliness is bad too with stains on the covers of the bed, pillows, blanket. The furniture surfaces in the room and balcony were dusty. Water pressure in the shower was adequate but the hot water only lasted for about 5 mins. Bath towels were unavailable during check in and only available at 4pm according to Housekeeping. I left for dinner at around 5pm and the towels weren't delivered yet. Thankfully, they were there when I came back. The view on my balcony was partially obstructed by the hotel's signboard as it is located directly above the hotel's arrival lobby. The corridor was dark most of the time with only lights at both ends. During my stay, I've only encountered the lights for the whole corridor switched around 7pm only on one evening. Breakfast is provided Sweet Corner Restaurant at Level 1 of the hotel between 7am to 11am. The food was simple with options of rice, noodles, porridge, white bread with condiments. Style of the staples and complimenting dishes varies daily. Eggs can be ordered from the staff. Choices available were Sunny Side Up, Soft Boiled, Omelette. The options for beverages were tea, coffee, and orange juice made from highly watered down concentrated syrup. I also have 2 of my lunches there; once while waiting for check-in and once before check-out. Staff were not eager to serve though but still gets your order right. Waiting time for my lunch to be served was about 10 mins. Located at Level 1 is also Alamanda Spa & Massage, which offers various types of massages and spa treatments. They have a beautiful section on the rooftop of the hotel but it could be only used for the higher tiered packages as I was always led to the rooms at Level 1 twice for my Tradition Full Body and Totok Wajah massages. Grab can pick up at the hotel. Please note that Grab are not able to pick up passengers at the Ferry Terminal and some Hotels and Shopping Malls. You might have to walk a distance away from these locations to board. Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and Batam City Square Mall (BCM) have dedicated Grab Points at the Pintu Timur (East Entrance)

I was impressed with the majestic lobby that has enermous interior decoration 😁. ( I was not prepared that the lobby will be that majestic) The check-in process was quick and smooth and had spa treatment while wating the room to be ready. I booked the leading category one but i must say the room is exceed my expectation, it was very very spacious (really spaciouss) the bathroom also veryy verryy verryyy spacious and superr cleannn,its a good choice to have short staycation, the hotel is quite near to nagoya shopping area. But too bad i didn't take proper picture because i was enjoying my ”me time” at that moment. I would like to return for another short vacation again!

The facility itself is already astounding and the staffs are super welcoming. The food is great with lots of options to choose. I love the pastries side the most :-). The location of the hotel itself is just nice as it is near to different malls, massage, spa etc.

Le grand hôtel de luxe est un endroit très beau, un concept unique par rapport à tout autre hôtel ici à Batam, et il est aussi une bonne chambre. Le personnel est très attentif avec une bonne formation de service à la clientèle.J'ai eu une très bonne expérience de relax, Eska est connu pour leur massage de signature. Je comprends cependant la politique d'annulation, comme je demande de prolonger mon 2ème jour, puisque je n'ai pas pu voyager le 1er jour en raison de la question médicale.. A apporté les médecins prescrits avec moi, prouver que je ne suis pas adapté à voyager. Il est très décevant que la Gestion n'ait pas ”envisagé suffisamment pour au moins une subvention pour prolonger mon 2e jour pour que je puisse avoir assez de repos et de récupération. Après tout, 2 nuits de séjour est ce que j'ai payé pour quand je l'ai réservé en ligne. Ils insistent sur le fait qu'ils sont entièrement réservés pour le jour et la semaine prochaine, c'est pourquoi il n'est pas possible de prolonger Un jour plus ...Pour ma surprise , l'occupation de table pendant le dîner est seulement ME””.. et environ 4 à 6 tables le lendemain pendant le petit-déjeuner buffet.. L'hôtel vous propose un service de restauration et de restauration.
