The hotel was in a excellent location, however, they need to upgrade the rooms. We were in "Superior Rooms", but they were just nornal rooms, nothing "superior" about it. Breakfast was not organized. Partly it was a language problem. Positive part of the Hotel was the reception staff were helpful.

Stayed at this hotel for four nights on a recent business trip. Concentrating on the positive aspects first. Great location for the Boulevard and for taking a stroll. Hotel looks impressive from the outside and the staff are very friendly. The bed is super comfortable - one of the best I’ve slept in. WiFi is excellent. There are good restaurants nearby. The downside: no bathtub and the shower does not work well. Water gushed out from a non union in the pipe. So minimal water, but it is warm! Breakfast is ordered the night before - it’s basic. The dining room has water leaking from the ceiling. There is no working area in the room - no desk or table you can sit at. There is nowhere to place your suitcase - I resorted to putting it on the windowsill - Lucky it was a small bag. The hotel has no restaurant other than the breakfast room. So, think what you want before you book. If you can manage with the shortfalls I mention, then it could be good value. Hard to see how this is rated number 8 in the hotels in Batumi! I survived, but I doubt I would return to this hotel.

В отеле о становилась моя подруга с 10 летним сыном. На сайте booking забронировали номер с видом на сад, но в итоге сада нет там вообще. Поселили их в номере, где окно выходит прямо на стену соседнего дома,причем построенного на столько близко, что можно дотронуться рукой. На этой стене висят блоки кондиционеров, которые не дают спать из за шума. Но это не самое главное... Когда моя подруга открыла постель, она увидела волосы, и поняла что постель не свежая. Спустившись на ресепшн, она обратилась к администрации с просьбой чтоб ей перестелили постель, так ей дали бельё сказали СТЕЛИТЕ САМИ, я мужчина, и не умею.... Этот отель не соответствует тому, что заявлено на букинге, место шумное, персонал невнимательный и грубый. Из положительных моментов могу отметить расположение.

Славный отель, хорошее расположение, нам по просьбе поменяли номер, но в последний день пребывания мы рано уезжали - захотели позавтракать в отеле и с нас содрали за двоих 80 лари, хотя представленный ассортимент еды, мягко говоря, не соответствовал этой сумме. Очень неприятно.
