Our family of 3 stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days in a 3-bed room facing the sea on the ninth floor. The location of the hotel in front of a park that had play facilities for children and the proximity to the beach and the presence of a bus stop near the hotel are some of the positive points of this hotel's location, but the hotel is far from the modern and beautiful texture of the city and the streets behind the hotel are very dirty. ! The room we stayed in was a clean room. The sheets were clean, but the towels in the bathroom were not packed, and there was no toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom. The breakfast menu was relatively good and varied, but the dinner menu was very complete and good. The hotel lobby was a relatively ordinary and simple lobby. The reception was also friendly. The indoor pool of the hotel was almost clean. In general, the hotel was good and clean for the price.

Bad reception. Irakli was rude and wasnt nice. The hotel even no 1 star. Not clean, not good service, never come here. Bad location. Service was so bad so we need to call many many times to get towels and checkout Behavior was so rude and ******s. Dont go this hotel. Remember this name! Irakli !!!!!!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the appalling behavior of one of your staff members, Irakli, during my recent stay at your hotel. I am utterly disappointed with the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism I experienced, which has tarnished my entire perception of your establishment. Upon my arrival at the hotel on 03/05/2024, I was greeted by Irakli at the front desk. From the outset, their demeanor was dismissive and unfriendly. They failed to acknowledge my presence for several minutes, engaging in personal conversations with colleagues while I stood waiting patiently. When they finally addressed me, their tone was curt and unwelcoming, providing minimal assistance with the check-in process. Throughout my stay, I encountered on multiple occasions, and each interaction was consistently unpleasant. Their attitude was consistently condescending and dismissive, treating me as if I were an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. They would often roll their eyes, sigh impatiently, and respond to my requests with a sense of annoyance. One particularly disturbing incident occurred on when I approached the front desk to inquire about. Irakli responded with an aggressive and accusatory tone, making me feel belittled and humiliated. They raised their voice and used accusatory language, making me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. This incident, along with the pattern of disrespectful behavior I experienced throughout my stay, has left me deeply troubled. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy displayed by Irakli. Their actions have cast a shadow over what should have been a pleasant and relaxing vacation. I am requesting that you take immediate action to address this matter. I urge you to thoroughly investigate my complaint and take appropriate disciplinary measures against Irakli. Such behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated within your establishment. I hope that you will take my concerns seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure that no other guest has to endure similar mistrea**ent. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution to this matter.

Nice location beside metro city mall Very tidy suite with nice swimming pool Need some additional food choice in their breakfast .

The room was really dirty and smelled horrible. The personel were rude and the food were limited. The bathroom and the towel was awfull and even had hair in them. I give no star to this hotel at all. Dont waste your money. And there was no place for the kids to play.

I vote no Money for value not worth it, Service is poor and unfriendly, people like that shouldn't be in the tourism business. Part of our family rooms were not clean and the walls were dirty. Food is very bad and we will eat out side tomorrow. I will never come back

We stayed in sector A of this hotel. Room 319. When booking we asked for separate beds, but we were offered a double bed and a cot with an uncomfortable mattress. The bathroom cubicle leaks water, it is not airtight. Ventilation does not work. Mould on the walls by the toilet door. Wet walls in the hallway, leaks from upstairs. Condensation from the air conditioner is pouring behind the plasterboard wall. We contacted the administrator, he promised to help, but for 4 days no result. The TV had no remote control when we moved in. The technician came and adjusted it, connected the tuner. Show ONLY channels in Turkish and a few in English (Turkey). Terribly dissatisfied. One thing we can emphasise is the wonderful breakfast.
