Hôtels en bord de mer à Céphalonie

La vue de la chambre est magnifique. La chambre est grande. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour. Le petit déjeuner est sympa aussi.

Hotel is positioned on a beautiful part of the island. The grounds are lush and pool is great. We loved everything here as far as the environment, views, amenities and our room, but the service was quite poor specially with the front desk. Our room was directly by the pool, and two nights in a row live music was playing at the pool restaurant until 11pm, which is great if you are there enjoying it, but not when you have a small child and trying to put them to bed. The next day when I told the front desk member that the music was very loud in our room and we were unable to sleep he just said yes we can play music until 11. When I pushed further and asked if we could be moved the answer was no. And that was that. I was stunned at this terrible customer service. I appreciate the hotel was fully booked but a simple gesture, an apology or sympathy would have gone a long way.

Le petit hôtel est très bon, la gestion est si belle et va au-dessus et au-delà. Veuillez visiter le restaurant et la plage de l'Avitho qui est à courte distance de l'hôtel il est remarquable!!!

Great location on the edge of town, breakfast selection limited.
