Hôtels en bord de mer à Playa del Carmen

The hotel is beautifully situated in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The staff is friendly and polite, making you feel welcome. There are several restaurants and a good variety of drinks and food. Unfortunately, the area isn’t safe—my bag was stolen, and we also witnessed a very serious car accident with fatalities. The hotel itself is great, but due to the safety concerns, I wouldn’t return to Cancun/Playa del Carmen.

J'ai toujours un nettoyeur quelque part, et je pense que le nettoyage est très prudent.　 La piscine est bonne, mais la mer n'est peut-être pas très propre.　 Boissons et nourriture sont délicieuses à 10 heures. Les lettres du personnel sont aussi très bonnes,

We stayed at the Viva Azteca Hotel for 7 days to celebrate our wedding anniversary. When we entered our room, the small gestures made for our anniversary made us very happy. All the staff members are smiling and doing their best to ensure you have a relaxing holiday. The resort has a perfect beach. However, the sea was very wavy and covered with sea plants. The food and evening shows were very good. There are plenty of places to visit around the hotel. It is also within walking distance to the 5th Avenue in the center. As a result, we had a wonderful holiday. Thank you Viva Azteca, you brought color to our lives.

L'emplacement est bon. Il est proche de la 5ème avenue et de la plage. J'ai adoré la station et la nature. C'était charmant et confortable. Mais il y avait des fourmis dans la salle de bain et de la paille est tombée à cause de la palapa. Il n'y a pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner et le dîner. Tout le personnel est gentil et amical. Surtout Rogelio était vraiment gentil et agréable.

La chambre qui m'a été attribuée était si lourde que je voulais être changée parce qu'il était impossible de dormir. Le personnel a affirmé que l'hôtel était entièrement réservé, mais les chambres étaient disponibles pour réserver sur différentes plates-formes de réservation!

Personally, the music sound from the bar did not inturrupt us because we are used to those noise. But if you need a quiet place to sleep, then the hotel would be the bad choice. They did not have a hair dryer so we should’ve dry hair with A/C🤣 There were some bugs like ants and mosquitos which freaked my partner. But “I” was satisfied about the hotel’s cleanness and in/exterior because it looked quite good. If you like bar, there is a good bar in front of the hotel and also a taco place. Overall, the experience in the hotel was quite good for me and the location was also so good because it’s so close(one block) from the 5th ave.

Je le recommande, le prix est justifié. L'emplacement est idéal, en plein centre-ville, à proximité de la route principale et de la plage. La chambre était très spacieuse et propre. Il y a eu un problème de pression d'eau à l'arrivée, mais il a été réglé en quelques heures. La terrasse sur le toit est agréable, la piscine n'est pas très grande et était un peu sale. Le petit-déjeuner inclus ne propose qu'un seul choix parmi quatre plats, mais il est bon.

Excellent accueil, grande pièce, mais il faudrait une couverture pour entrer au premier étage. C'est vraiment dommage de devoir entrer dans la pièce sous la pluie quand il pleut. Très bon rapport qualité prix car l'emplacement est super.

C’était un hôtel magnifique. Les réceptionniste étaient très très accueillant et très à l’écoute de nos besoins. Le ménage a été fait tous les jours dans notre chambre. C’était splendide. L’emplacement est parfait, et la piscine est très agréable ni trop froide ni trop chaude. Parfaite pour le temps. Je reprendrai cet hôtel si je reviens à Playa Del Carmen. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable à un emplacement aussi près de la mer. Je ne comprend d’ailleurs pas les commentaires négatifs sur cet hôtel !  Bref un sans-faute pour notre part…

The service was nothing short of brilliant! Friendly staff (thank you Sofia and Marisol). Slight issue with the water in our shower in room 201, so we were immediately offered to move to another room 305 with was smaller but sunnier and much better shower . The Housekeeping was wonderful too. The rooms were clean and lovely. Fantastic location. The only thing to keep in mind is that there’s a bar with a live band that plays late into the night, so if you like your peaceful sleep before 2:30 or 3 am then this hotel is not for you! There can also be noise from passers by and street performers. Otherwise, perfect central location on the 5th Avn. near to the player Mamita next to many 4/5 stars hotels. It’s lovely place to stay. Oh also, there is a rooftop little pool with jacuzzi and its perfect for quiet sunbathing too if you don’t like sand
