在北京呼家樓賓館真是今年幾次住宿較差的一次，下午五點多辦理入住説已預訂好的房間漏水了，得換房間，讓前台帶看一下漏水的房間，推脱説從外面鎖了，呵呵！撒謊都不會，原來預訂是套房裡麪的房間是大床，外面單人床。後來換成兩間房，第二天中午兩點退房，中午一點五十孩子去另一間房，打掃衞生的**不讓孩子進房間了。今年去三亞，廣州，青島入住的酒店，服務人員的工作態度和素質都比這家好

一塌糊塗，燈沒開關，沒空調，開關都是假的，叫服務員開空調，説沒有，開關都是擺設，説是好看，出差多次第一次在首都碰到這樣的賓館！

近兩天沒有熱水。 酒店很快就説！ 終於把熱水固定好了，臟了！ 服務太糟糕了！.
Not foreigner friendly! Expect excuses and nothing else if things go wrong! There was no hot water for an entire day! They lied and said they only found out about it in the afternoon. How then did they tell me that morning it would be fixed soon? Obviously willing to lie and make excuses! When there was hot water the next day it took forever to get hot enough to use. Then it was rusty for two days

The best thing about this hotel is its location. We arrived early but the girls at reception let us check in anyway.
The room was quite clean. The only problem is hot water- you need to wait for a looong time to see it coming.
