We walked to this place from the train station with our luggage. It was a bit of a haul but the hotel was very nice. It was extremely clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. We didn’t pay for the option of having breakfast but it was only about 10 or 12 pounds for all you can eat breakfast. Pretty much everything is in walking distance if you have a pair of good shoes on. There’s a couple local bars that are pretty good and have cheap drinks. We felt extremely safe walking around the streets in the evening as well as the day. Our son was attending university at Queens so that was a great tour and also within walking distance. We also travelled to the Giants Causeway with a local tour company. Totally worth it. We recommend taking the tour on the double dickled bus within Belfast The only thing that we thought was a little bit strange was that they didn’t change any towels or bedsheets. Bedsheets are not a big deal because we were only there three nights but it would’ve been nice to have towels without having to go to the front desk and ask for the Marcels each time. Having said that though we went to the Premier Inn -in Dublin afterwards and they were adopting the same rules and regulations. Having said that though Regardless of Covid I don’t think it makes a difference giving somebody new towels or cleaning their room. Everywhere else we stayed changed the towels and the sheets without a problem.

Third visit to this hotel…..1st since covid and was not disappointed I was travelling with my 11 year old granddaughter and she loved it, took advantage of the kids eat free breakfast with me paying. Hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were so pleasant and helpful, I left an I-pad in my room and they phoned me before I was even on the plane home to let me know, once I send pre- paid packaging they will return it to me, big thank you xx

Enjoyable stay tasty breakfast that was great value,comfortable bed,good location and the staff were lovely and helpful the hotel was very quite,good selection of food and drink definitely recommended

0/10 will never be back, had planned this trip for months, was meant to be staying with my friend both me and her 18 and younger sister (15). travelled whole way up to Belfast planning on seeing ed sheeran, only to be informed we couldn’t check in as my sister wasn’t 18, i tried to find a solution i offered for my mum to come up and check her in, i also had my mum on the phone but no use. so we weren’t allowed to stay as apprently the guardian of the 16 year old had to be there, even tho my mum had trusted me to take my sister. so after months of waiting for this trip, we were turned away in belfast with no where to go or get ready, essentially ruined our night. had to wait outside the hotel for an hour as we tried to arrange someone to get us and arrange a place for us to get ready. very lucky that someone was able to get us as that’s not the case for everyone, could have easily ended up on the streets, so any girls booking who have anyone with them under 18 please avoid!!!! also don’t understand how on the website an adult for booking is classed as over 16, but u can’t stay if you are under 18 makes no sense, needs to be more clearly displayed on website

The room was a prem plus room and we were impressed with this but the breakfast was very bad. The fruit was not cut, there was no egg available and the cups at the coffee machine were all dirty so we had no tea coffee for breakfast. I raised theses issues at the time with staff but nothing was done. The staff don't care. I.d recommend staying here for the room only but don't bother with breakfast.
