Hôtels proches de TRAIPU, Belo Horizonte

O Hotel passou por uma reforma estrutural recentemente. O quarto foi confortável, acomodou 03 pessoas com tranquilidade. Ótimo armário, chuveiro quente com aquecimento solar, café da manhã satisfatório. Equipe gentil e atenciosa. Garagem pago à parte. Recomendo. Voltaria a me hospedar lá.

J'ai trouvé très bon l'hôtel, dans un autre hôtel en BH en août était une mauvaise expérience. San Diego est propre, nouveau, odeur, les chambres sont petites, mais c'est le moins, les corridors ont un tapis, ce qui empêche les bruits, le café est très bon (je n'ai pas aimé le bruit qui est de mauvaise qualité ou est présenté). Prochain a un McDonald's, reste dans la rue peu déplacé, les serveurs sont cordiales. 3 ascenseurs rapides, il n'a jamais été retardé de monter ou descendre, l'air conditionné est split et non de fenêtre. Enfin, un hôtel standard ville touristique, ce qui BH n'est pas. J'ai passé deux jours et réservé deux chambres pour 4 personnes, 2 dans chacun.

L'hôtel est situé dans le centre de Belo Horizonte et dispose d'hébergements très anciens. Le service de la réception est un peu défaillant. La chambre que nous avons été était muouuito spacieux, un bon lit, l'air conditionné et bruyant. Baignoire avec bon espace et douche, cependant, l'eau passait sous la porte et inondait la baignoire. Le petit-déjeuner est tertiaire et raisonnable.

Super charmant, bâtiment rétro des années 1930. Aime goûteux, vêtements de chambre propres, excellente hygiène. Situation meilleure n'y a pas. Fonctionnaires attentifs, petit-déjeuner avec pain et fromage frais, fatigue de fruits, jus, yogurt et beaucoup de choses légères à faire dans l'environnement. Je reviens .

C'est bien au centre de la ville, alors la localisation est super convenable. Bien que ce n'est pas nouveau, l'hôtel a été partiellement réformé, alors il n'avait pas cet aspect de très ancien. Malheureusement, ils n'ont pas pensé à prendre la retraite, il y avait peu dans la chambre et dans des endroits inconvenants. Mais la chambre était spacieuse, un peu plus grande que la moyenne. Le petit-déjeuner est simple, mais suffisant. Le grand désavantage est le stationnement: extrêmement étroite et horrible de manœuvre. Il est préférable de rechercher un autre stationnement dans les environs.

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood where there are many small shops and restaurants. Nice modern design. Small pool on rooftop. Very good breakfast. The rooms are nicely decorated and have a lot of space. I recommend the junior suite as they are even more spacious. Most staff members are really nice. They do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I had some small hiccups but I really appreciate their efforts to overcome these small issues. Some staff members do not speak English but you still can manage. Thanks to all the staff members and managers (Jessica, Lidia, Daniel etc.) who helped me have a great stay.

Nous aimerons notre séjour. Gentils et performants fonctionnaires. Chambre simple, mais propre et de bonne taille. Excellent petit-déjeuner inclus dans le quotidien. Excellent emplacement, près de points de tourisme, bars et restaurants. Manobriste gratuit. Excellent coût/bénéfice.

Such a wonderful time spent at Hilton Garden inn! After almost 30 years without visiting my hometown I was greeted with a wonderful team! Thank you so much for making sure I was comfortable! You guys did everything to accommodate me ,to make me happy as I went to say my last goodbye to my mother… Thank you for everything you all did for me! In this time of sadness. I left happier than when I arrived! Everything was the way I expected: such a clean rooms! Spacious, slept like a angel! No noises at all! Amazing shower! (Just how I like) Felt like a waterfall! All though our language is português, everyone English spoken! So Awesome! Not to mention the beautiful city view! I consider now my HOME. Summary: Novotel BH provides a comfortable stay, with an excellent on site restaurant, but some service quality issues with the front desk staff take the shine off the experience. The good: Room: room is large compared to other Novotel I have stayed at recently. Big, comfortable bed and a large, hot, high-pressure shower. Excellent black out curtains and in room AC. Nice views of the city as well and surrounding hills. I got to enjoy a spectacular lightning storm on my last night. Restaurant: the on site restaurant is excellent, so much so I left a seperate review for that. Sebastiao and the restaurant team are fantastic and so was the food. Housekeeping: thank you to the team for their excellent service each day. Including leaving me a nice note when they heard my guest was unwell the night before and provided new towels and sheets on request without any issues. The bad: Accor status recognition: there was no recognition of my gold status on check-in and the welcome gift was a strange keychain/bottle opener; rather than the standard water or food item that I would have much preferred. A welcome note was left in the room, but in Portuguese. Front desk: check-in was a rough experience. When I arrived there were four staff, none who were serving customers and they all nudged each other while giggling to gesture for someone else to serve me. This property does share an entrance with the adjacent Ibis Budget - from this experience I thought I may have entered the wrong hotel. There is extremely limited English spoken by the front desk staff as well, my check in was conducted via grunts and nods. Keycard: thankfully not as bad as my recent experience at the Novotel in Rio, but my keycard stopped working twice during my three night stay - forcing me to waste time going to the front desk. Conclusion: with some retraining and enhancements to the service provided by the front desk, this hotel could easily become a four star rating. Right now, it’s just average in my opinion.

Globalement, il est un bon hôtel mais comparé à l'autre hôtel 4 **** que j'ai essayé dans le reste du monde, je trouve le radisson un peu trop limité en termes de : - qualité de la chambre - niveau de parler anglais dans le restaurant - le plongeon dans la salle de bain Presque cloché Pour le reste, il est parfait: - très bienvenus employés - très délicieux aliments dans le restaurant - super bar - super lave-linge service
