The Woodside Inn

They are not honest. Booked the room with an extra bed but they have already allocated to someone. The extra bed they had given was not clean. Breakfast was very average. Music was on till late night which was very uncomfortable

The hotel was amazing - they checked in on me to understand my arrival time. The staff was very friendly and helpful, made my stay pleasant and even helped me find a cab to the airport. The live music in the evening was simply fabulous and the food was pretty good too!

Room was nice. Staffs are helpfull. Room and hotel maintains hygienic. Food is good. Beach is 6-7 min walking distance from property.

Room was good. But water flow was inconsistent. Unable to bath and flush. Breakfast was below average.

Property is ok and swimming pool is under construction. Rooms are spacious and the wash room. Its near to benaulim beach-1 km far. Beach has jeocons shack which has good food and drink in acceptable price. Leda/beno are some nice restro bar to explore and near to property. Breakfast at the property was not great. Staff is humble and welcoming. You have enough parking at the property. Karaoke night happen at there bar 2wice a week.

Location is good, food could have been cheaper. Room was of decent size and no complain about cleanliness.

Although the hotel has great reviews, in reality it is not what is expected. The entrance is through a restaurant. There’s no elevator, no reception, no intercom. Presidential suite is just a big room. Jacuzzi water was dirty. Gives you shivers. I had to check out late at night and there was no staff to assist with the luggage and complete checking out formalities. Food is 3 out of 5. Not at all recommended.

It's a very basic resort to stay. Construction is in progress. However the rooms were clean and the service was good. Pros : 1. Location is good 2. Ample parking space 3. The staff are helpful and well behaved. 4. Coming up with a huge swimming pool ( under construction) 5. Junior suite was specious with a very good balcony cons: 1. Need to work on the breakfast menu. Very limited options 2. Intercom not available 3. Dirty water in the jacuzzi, need to work on it. 4. Limited tea coffee kit in room 5. Reception and room service is only 8:30 am to 10:30 pm. Apart from this time no one was there to listen to you. Though there are few cons i pointed to, i must say the property has immense potential to be a good one iff all the points are addressed. As of now you will not get a 3* vibe at all. But it can be done very easily. Hope the management will take care of the said problem and make this property an attractive one. I wish them good luck.
