The staff are friendly and helpful. I was allowed to leave my luggage upon check out and still explore Beppu. The team even assisted me with taking my luggage to the front door. Rooms are clean and equipped with a hairdryer, kettle and fridge. There is a microwave near reception and there is laundry and dryer however you need to pay. Please note, there is no lift, only stairs to the reception from the main road however the staff helped me carry my bag. Location is a few minutes walk to Beppu station and buses therefor easy to get around. Thank you for a pleasant stay! I will stay again when I return to Beppu!

飯店與JR別府站有300米距離，附近生活機能簡便！下午3：00入住，在別府單人房算是比較大的空間。沒有溫泉浴場，比想像中好些

土地柄なのか、駅通りに面しているので、夜は結構騒がしいです。 しかし、ロケーションは抜群で、敷地内に駐車出来ない場合は最寄りの契約駐車場に止めないといけませんが、ホテルから近いので苦になりません。 強いて言えば、客室と客室を結ぶ廊下にもエアコンが効いているといいなぁと思います。

別府の中心街にあり利便性が良かったです。素泊まりだけを考えればベスト。温泉・食事はしっかりと考えていたので、大満足だった。
