I enjoyed my stay in the Central Hostel of Bergamo. It is located in the heart of the city, a few minutes walk to shopping street, central train station and to Porto Nuovo bus station which has busses running to citta Alta, airport and other directions. Hostel was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here if I am to visit Bergamo again.

Very nice and cosy hostel in the heart of Bergamo! Perfect location, close to everything, shops, restaurants, bus and railway stations. Rooms are always very clean, tidy and comfotable, very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. I stay here regularily, warmly recommend!

I stayed at this hostel for 1 night. The one girl at the desk was so rude and had a very unpleasant demeanor as if guests should be grateful for having their hostel whereas the hostel should be grateful they still have business. It is expensive for nothing. No breakfast and blames it on Covid, No kitchen facility to cook. The dormitory room, beds are too close to each other and all available for other guests not practicing social distancing. I have slept in hostels where every other bed is marked off as unavailable to practice COVID safety. Most hostels I sleep in, they aim to please and are always friendly or at minimum, pleasant in welcoming a guest but not here. The main advantage of this hostel is it is close to the cafes and restaurants, shops. However, the fact that it is very close to the train station, it also attracts some strange people, like the one in my room who screamed off and on during the night. I thought he was dreaming but when he woke up in the morning, he started to talk and point at me. It was very frigthening actually. Except for one African young man who seemed normal, it was only because of him, I felt a bit more calm. The hostel has only one dormitory room and the rest are private rooms. I would not stay here again. I also woke up with 2 bites on my face. I dont think they are from mosquitoes because usually I hear them at night and cover myself. Possibly bed bugs...

Bel posto. Personale accogliente. Il servizio eccellente. Le camere sono un confortevoli. Il cibo del ristorante squisito, le ragazze che puliscono le camere sono state bravissime e molto educate all'ora di entrare e chiederci quando pulire.

In pieno centro, in una struttura calda ed accogliente, ho soggiornato per più di un mese. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Personale sempre cordiale e disponibile, sia nella reception che per il personale di servizio. Si vive in armonia con gli altri ospiti. Un grazie a tutto il personale

Più che un ostello è un centro accoglienza per immigrati residenti. Ho condiviso un dormitorio misto dove nel bagno senza riscaldamento vi erano bacinelle piene di intimo sporco. Bagno sporco pipi sul bordo del water e per terra. Zanzare e un odore disgustoso sia in camera che nella sala TV dove puzzava di fumo. A parte la cortesia della reception che mi ha aiutato col deposito bagagli..per il resto l'ostello è da evitare. Le camere meglio...ma l'ostello no.

Ho trovato più dolcezza e pulizia in questo hostel che in hotel da 4/5 stelle. Il personale è dii una gentilezza sopraffina e aiutano in ogni modo. L. 'hostel è ben provveduto di biblioteca, giochi, punti per incontrarsi. Sono i miglio

Ottima scelta per visitare Bergamo in pochi giorni. Camere e servizi igienici pulitissimi; arredi semplici e funzionali . Staff super gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima, facilmente raggiungibile sia in macchina che on treno. Parcheggio disponibile.
