The worst hotel in Europe that I ever went to. I had to checkin midnight. The code that they gave me to open the main door does not work. They tried to troubleshoot by keep giving me various code that doesn’t work. And it ihas been 50 mins. Then they moved me to other building the code worked but then it doesn’t have elevator and I have 2 luggages weighted 70 kg both. They gave me room at 4th floor. I booked for room with elevator. I did not get things that I already paid for and it is my right to get the product / services that I have paid. Very unfair and ridiculously unprofessional. Stay away from this hotel.

Until I wrote this review I have been waiting for 60 mins but result none.

Rooms were lovely. Cleaning service was good. Third bed was located in front of bath, so person occupying it was disturbed by anyone using it at night. Laundry service was disappointing. It appeared that all the clothing was washed together & the whites were gray. Some items weren’t dried. Overall polite & good service.

We booked an apartment for ourselves and one adult child. As we booked at short notice, and needed a full week, we could not be too choosy. We arrived after-hours and the c ode to access the key box didn't work. Fortunately soemobdy ansered the after-horus phone number and gave us the correct number (it was one digit wrong). We had booked, on *********** a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. When we got to the apartment it had three bedrooms and one bathroom. When we asked the enxt day the rceeptionist said that they knew th *********** entryw as wrong. So we just ahd to put up with it. The paramentr was OK but was flahsy rather than comfortable. There was a cooktop(who would ever use that when travelling?) but no microwave and no driiang baord for washign up (not even a sink plug!) - and no dishwasher. We bought a few things to mae it more homely, and hoepfulyl the staff left those for later customers. The apartment was too hot even ****h teh qwetaher was not warm, even wht the heating rutned off. The ebds were comfrotbale though, and the man room had a good-szie table. Tjhe premises are poorly lit. THere is no light goingthrough an archaway to the abc courtyard, where out partment was siuated, and it was a it scary walking throgh. There are no lights in the corridors - you have to turn them on when exciting the lift. The rceeption staff avried a lot. One was xtesremely aggressive and rude to me whan I asked for a simple tasks to be done adn she did it worng. SHe ahd closed the offcie early to eat her dinner 'Because I am allowed 45 minutes' break in y shift). I was so shocked that I was shaking for hours afterwards (by the way I am a small, older woman). I went in to complain a couple of days later- having been away for work the day aftetr the incient - which revisied the trauma but I lfelt it needed to be done to preen toehr suctomers beign abused. I was told the manager was away, and evenutally got an email saying they would be 'happy to provide training'. In short you may or matnot get the aprtmetyou booked, you may or may not be givethe corect booking-on code, and you may or may not be absued by staff. On the upsaide, laundry is done very quickaly and effificentl for 9 erous a bag which is a real boon while travelling. There is little of real interest in the neighbourhood although there are some good takeaway shops and also a very good supermarket and Woolworths (we needed the latter to stock the flat nearby! There is also, suprsingly,a really good restuarnt a couple of minutes' walk away through an archawy- the Panama. The hotel is opposite the Wnetrgarten but we never figured out what sortof theatre that iis.

stayed at room number 103 :) probably the biggest apartment they have. had 3 spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen. very clean, very comfy. the location is great with various restaourants around. will definitely stay there again

It’s a terrible hotel. I never had a more worse experience with service before. In the beginning of April I made a reservation for a holiday weekend in may 2022. There was no option to cancel. Just a day before leaving the hotel told me there was no booking anymore in the system, because I would have cancelled. Not true, and not even possible, as said in the confirmation of the booking!! They would not help in anyway to fix this and all apartments where fully booked (Offcourse for a double of the price!). Scammers!

Foi tudo perfeito. Pedimos para fazer o check in mais cedo e conseguimos sem quer que pagar adicional. O apartamento é lindo, o banho excelente e os produtos (Shampoo, condicionador, sabonete) de qualidade. A localização é excelente, com lojas, mercados, farmácias e estações de metrô próximas. Ficamos em 4 pessoas no apartamento de 1 quarto + sala e cozinha e foi perfeito. Na noite de ano novo fomos surpreendidos com bolas de Berlim e um espumante para comemorar a virada do ano.

Kurzfassung: Appartment: einwandfrei, modern und komfortabel Lautstärke: nach Osten raus Innenhof, also sehr ruhig; Flure sehr hellhörig, daher ist Ohropax empfehlenswert Service: Glücksache Heute, nach unserem Aufenthalt (Familie mit drei Kindern) kann ich die Unterkunft empfehlen. Vorher hatte ich Bedenken. Denn obwohl über ein Jahr im Voraus über *********** gebucht, wurde das Appartement vier Wochen vor Anreise einfach storniert - angeblich war meine Kreditkarte nicht gültig, was nicht der Fall war. Nach einem sehr negativen, unfreundlichen Telefonat mit einem Herren an der Rezeption, der mich nach dem Motto "Pech gehabt, wir haben kein Zimmer mehr frei" abspeiste, war ich fertig. Bei einem weiteren Anruf hatte ich eine sehr nette, sehr bemühte Dame am Apparat, und letztendlich hat man uns doch noch ein Appartment anbieten können. Zwar kleiner (noch ausreichend für 5 Personen) dafür aber auch mit entsprechendem Preisnachlass. Ab da hat auch alles reibungslos geklappt - vom Late Check-in bis zum Brötchenservice und Parkplatz im Innenhof. Scheinbar liegt es in dieser Unterkunft sehr am Personal, ob man gute oder schlechte Erfahrungen macht. Das kann man ja auch in anderen Bewertungen lesen. Schade! Unabhängig vom Personal ist die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, weil sie super zentral liegt, sauber und toll eingerichtet ist. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl.
