Second floor. Never stay here. Gave two rooms on different floors. Smells room. Unclean bathrooms. So many men in one room staying as their staff and alcohol drinking. so not family or woman friendly environment in the hotel.

Great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient

Wonderful stay good amenities proximity to food we were allowed early check-in and one day extension at very nominal price

Nothing much, when he reached there was no cleaning and there was no towel or brush in the room. When we went inside the room, we found the tv unplugged.

Very good condition room, cleaning is good, staff is cooperatively near by food market and its for comfortable for family and bachelor also

Pathetic service and approach with poorest facility, denying to provide invoice at the time of checkout, highly dissatisfied!

Location is away from bhuj railway station but it is ok for middle class people to visit. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was good. The room was clean. We do not order food from the hotel so no idea. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Location : surrounding area was quite dirty and a bit dark at night. Room: first room 107 didn't have working ac so was shifted to 106. It was too small a room with twin beds and they were joined together. No coffee maker in room. Toilet was dirty. No toilet roll. Bed sheets had hair and pillow covers stained. Had to get out changed. They use single bed's sheet for double bed abs that too torn ones. Advantage is that there are many street food joints around. It is close to smritivan. Overall a very poor experience and would not recommend this to any traveller. Looks good only in photos.

Poor behavior. No towels and soap given. Tv not started. Poor housekeeping. No breakfast available.
