Two days never clean the room 314, inform the cleaner come to clean the room , when come back to the room, nothing done!

Hotel just outside the train station, but still modern, clean, smells really good. Front desk staff was great, room with great size and comfortable. Nice bed, cozy, good amenities, including a Nespresso machine in the room. Breakfast was good and plenty. Great stay overall!

Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn, Blackpool, great location, really nice room, breakfast was very good. Perfect, will definitely stay there again, all staff very friendly and helpful 👍

Excellent service from all the staff from checking in to breakfast staff ,Food was excellent. Everything spotlessly clean in the whole hotel. perfect location for exploring.

I’ve stayed in 6 Blackpool hotels over the last 4 months. All were good stays with no complaints but I would rate them as follows: 1) Holiday Inn 2) Premier Inn Plus Room 3) Big Blue 4) Imperial 5) Travel lodge South 6) Ruskin. Best breakfast was Holiday Inn (£15), Travel lodge (£10), Big Blue (£18 too pricey).

Absolutely superb rooms and facilities and the staff are very friendly welcoming and professional excellent value for money always will stay here when in Blackpool

Breakfast is great, plenty of choices to eat. It is a clean and very new hotel. The location is perfect, whether you have a car or without a car. Only one thing was disappointing for the housekeeping. They come to clean but never clean the bathroom.
