Our four-night stay at Villa Costanza was fabulous. I am already missing Donatella's breakfast spread (she could be a pastry chef at a five-star restaurant). Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The views lovely. Donatella is so warm and welcoming. She is helpful in every way, including making dinner reservations and suggesting tours and hikes. We highly recommend Villa Constanza!

Warning...do not stay at Villa Costanza. The description on the website for this villa is very misleading. The location is isolating. You cannot safely walk to shops or restaurants. The villa is at the top of a steep hill and the grounds -- stairs and pathways to get to and from the villa from the street, are very dangerous. Broken steps. Slick conditions. Poor lighting at night. See photos. And there are no sidewalks. When I raised concerns about walking the stairs and pathways and falling (I’m 59 years old), especially at night, the host walked away from me. She refused to hear my concerns. She was very rude and unaccommodating. Furthermore, the host lied to the booking agency I used about my stay by marking me as a no-show.

This is a beautiful villa in Blevio! The host and her family are so warm and welcoming. From the breathtaking views, to fresh breakfast and baked goods during apertivo hour, the stay was absolutely magical. They also help you make reservations and provide suggestions if you are looking for things to do or places to eat. We had the room with a private terrace with an unobstructed view of the lake. I will definitely come back and stay here!!

I would highly recommend Villa Costanza to anyone. The place is so beautiful with spacious rooms, beautiful views, a large balcony connected to our room, and the staff make it more than a 5* stay. Donatella and Francesca who run the villa feel like family and make you feel so welcome and comfortable. Today we woke up to fresh baked focaccia bread, fresh squeezed orange juice, the best granola I have ever had, and a variety of pastries, sweet cakes, meats, eggs, cheese and yogurts. If we ever come back as a family again to Como we would without a doubt stay there again. There is a restaurant within walking distance (recommend by Francesca) called Momi which was also the best food we had in Italy.

We had a really wonderful stay here. A beautiful villa with stunning views of lake como. Very relaxing. The room was delightful, private balcony overlooking the lake. Good walking from the villa if that’s your thing. Good restaurants nearby. Donatella is such a brilliant and welcoming host. We would definitely recommend.

Our experience was a positive one, the lodgings we had were connected so the total area was quite spacious. Beautifully decorated, emanating the noble traits of a classy era, with hand-painted walls and ceilings, comfortable mattresses, paned windows and a lovely balcony / terrace, it certainly met our expectations. The rooms are equipped with amenities, a hairdryer, espresso machine and kettle the owners kindly offer capsules and tea bags). Donatella & her daughter Francesca (the owners, who are also running the Villa) are friendly and willing to help / make recommendations. Breakfast is served in an idyllic area overlooking the lake. Although breakfast included, cereals, cold cuts, cheeses, berries, melon, cakes and they make excellent omelettes and soft or hard boiled eggs, my only “complaint” was that the bread could have been slightly better (I found it hard all three days we spent there). Also, they might consider adding poached eggs on toast as an option. The Villa has a parking garage, in case you are traveling by car, however, the road to get you to the Villa is not exactly the best: narrow, curvy and at some point (we were traveling with a VW Transporter) we thought we were gonna get stuck. However, once you get there, you forget everything and just enjoy the lodgings, it’s gardens and the views! In all, however,

Fabulous Villa overlooking Lake Como. Amazing stay. Villa and grounds are lovely. Breakfast overlooking the lake a real treat. What really set Villa Costanza apart was the care that Donatella puts into your stay. Highly recommended.

My husband and I rented the terrace room for 3 nights and were amazed everyday by the views. Truly a fantastic place to unwind. The rooms were very comfortable - good AC, mini fridge, complementary water and wine, large bathroom. Our hosts went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. They helped with dinner reservation and even picked us up from a nearby restaurant afterward. Breakfast is provided each morning and was amazing! We also had a delicious dinner one night on the terrace when we didn’t feel like going out and it was one of our favorite meals! We enjoyed our stay out in Blevio and are glad we didn’t stay in Como. I do recommend renting a car as this seems like the easiest way to get around Lake Como. Parking can sometimes be an issue in the smaller towns too though. If we could do it again I think we’d also rent our own boat one day instead of dealing with the crowded ferries.
