It was a good stay, no problems.

This was my first time staying here. The reception staff was rude. The room felt very dirty to a point where I did felt I needed to clean to toilet before I could use it. There is lot of small damages to the room especially in the bathroom. The lamps in the room is absolutely horrible to work under. There is no sound damping in the rooms. I drove from PTA at 4am the day I arrived and I had to lie awake until everything calmed down around 1am. The only part that is making up is that they had a decent air con in the room. Would not recommend the is better place is Bloemfontein to stay. This is not worth it for over R 1 000 per night.

My stay at the hotel was beautiful. I got there late around 02:35 and the receptionist Phenyo was still very friendly and helpful. Check in process was great, the staff was very friendly. I loved the idea of an ironing room. The shuttle service was satisfying with an awesome chauffeur Pule.

Right in the middle of Bloemfontein. Hotel is inside a mall so shops and restaurants are available. Food is exceptional and the staff are friendly and cater to your needs. Clean and spacious rooms.

The service was very good the room was always clean and tidy wish there was an air freshener in the toilet though. The staff were super friendly and understanding as they could handle certain misunderstandings that arised and they always had welcoming smile on their face.

We received excellent food and friendly kitchen staff, fantastic service. Everything was great. Well kept and clean.

A quite, safe, and a peaceful place to stend your night in Bloemfontein. Basement parking provides a peace of mind for your car. You don't have to worry about bad weather or possible car break in.
