Villa Bali Luxury Guesthouse

We had a very comfortable stay. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable which resulted in a good nights sleep and rest. The staff were very friendly and and the service was very good. The breakfast was excellent,

We spent one night here and did not enjoy our stay. The room was clean, but too small for two of us to move around. Neighbors on the balcony of near by rooms were very loud. We did not sleep well and decided to skip the breakfast. Will skip this place altogether next time.

The accommodation is very beautiful and tranquil. I was well excepted and friendliness of staff. Room is very spacious and well decorated. Value for money. I will recommend this property to many friends and family.

The guesthouse is awesome especially from the entrance and to the rooms. It’s close to the two malls (Mimosa and waterfront). If you don’t have a car an Uber is easier to access so is public transport! It’s clean and wasn’t charged to use the ironing board and iron. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is very spacious. The shower can accommodate two people without feeling like one is in each other’s spaces. As much as the view on the outside is nice, my room didn’t really have a nice view. But overall I loved my stay and I would definitely recommend staying there!

Excellent stay. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Excellent location. The food was delicious and the bed was very comfortable. I would return to this establishment anytime. The property is well maintained and good value for money.

Villa Bali is quite conveniently located for travel around Bloemfontein. They have large and secure parking. The checkin process was very smooth - I hadn't been able to complete the online checkin forms (as we were traveling), but they had hard copies awaiting us. The person at the checkin desk was extremely helpful. While their restaurant did not serve dinner, he very kindly offered that we could use the restaurant premises and their cutlery if we ordered in (Mr D & Uber Eats both work) We had requested ground floor rooms and they did give us 2 rooms as close together as possible. The rooms aren't excessively large, but they are very efficiently designed. I loved the amount of lighting in both the bedroom and the bathroom (we tend to read in bed before we sleep and poor lighting is a pet peeve). Lots of conveniently located plug points for charging. A proper tea / coffee station for late night or early morning tea. Good strong wifi connection. I was able to make an urgent video call too. Very comfortable beds and clean linen. Breakfast was buffet style with a good selection of hot and cold foods. We only stayed one night, so I'm not sure if it gets repetitive after awhile, but we had scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese grillers, American style pancakes, baked beans, chicken nuggets and hash browns. There were also cereals, yoghurt, cold meats, cheeses and fruit salad. A small selection of breads and spreads that was quite satisfactory. Villa Bali is in a good location, we loved the cleanliness and efficiency around the design and service. We would be happy to stay here again.

I had my own personal thinking about Bloemfontein but now that i got Villa Bali i have a new look about the city. Villa Bali offered friendly services from staff, their place is neat, bedrooms decorated with chocolates,

We were overwhelmed with the kindness and hospitality of the reception staff. Having arrived in the dark they couldn’t do enough to help us including escorting us to the mall across the road. Oasis in the city centre. Lovely ambience, clean, comfortable room . Good breakfast. I would definitely recommend this luxury guesthouse. The next morning, again, the reception girl really put herself out to get a taxi for us. Gold stars all round.

After a seven hour drive where I did all the driving, Villa Bali was the perfect overnight stop. The receptionist even sang Happy Birthday to my elderly mother whose 84th birthday had been spent on the road. We had a fantastic sleep and a great breakfast before getting on the road to our next destination. Although there were family rooms available, they had put us in two deluxe rooms which gave Grandma some much needed privacy. We love Villa Bali!
