Eşim doğum günüm için süpriz olarak ayarlamış. Civardaki otellerin tümünü araştırıldığında yalnızca burada canlı müzik olduğu için bu oteli rezervasyon yapmış. Odalarda bardak, su ısıtıcı, çay kahve gibi içeceklerin hiçbiri yok. Bunun haricinde ise akşam bir grubun organizasyonu olduğu için canlı müziği sadece o gruba tahsis ettiklerini ilettiler. Biz akşam yemeğinde canlı müzik dinlemek istediğimiz için burayı ayırtmıştık. Devamında ki açıklamaları ise depremden dolayı canlı müziği kaldırdıkları oldu. O halde neden gruba canlı müzik yaptınız dediğimizde onlar öyle istedi dediler. Grup organizasyonundan dolayı da otelin otoparkında aracımıza yer bulamadık. Personellerin neredeyse tamamı grupla ilgilenmekten konaklayan misafir ile ilgilenme fırsatı bulamadı. Normal zaman ve şartlarda nasıl bilemem ama bugün tam bir rezalet.

Life is a journey not a destination, and in this journey, we meet all kinds of people and visit so many places that remains in our minds and cherish for a life time. I was so lucky to stumble on a treasure island of such place and such people. Everything there is so beautiful and unforgettable. Location, facilities, services and most important of all… the people. From the doorman to the top management. I have never seen so many motivated people, with a smile, the sincerity and eagerness to serve that I have witnessed at ABANT LOTUS OTEL & RESTAURANT. Thanks for the great management by Mr. H. Kahraman, Mr. E. Ozfidan and the remaining staff. They made this journey so memorable, from the little details to every other aspect during our stay. TRULY, an A plus experience. and not would I definitely go back again, but recommend this paradise place to all my friends and loved ones for a taste of heaven on earth. Again, THANK YOU SO MUCH, for showing the world how to be exceptional and humble at the same time. Keep up the good work and I wish you the best. THANK YOU.

Burası modern ve laik türkiyeye uygun bir otel değil. Menülerinde olan listeden şarap sipariş ettiğimde iftar saatine kadar bitirmem şartıyla vereceklerini söylediler. Özgürlükleri kısıtlayan bağnaz bir işletme. Ayrıca odalarında halılara çok kötü koyu renkli lekeler mevcut. Websitelerinde vaat edilen spa kapalı ve masaj hizmeti yok.

Haftasonu için tercih ettiğimiz butik bir oteldi. Personelin ilgili çok iyi,kahvaltı ve akşam yemeğide lezzetliydi. Odalarda su ısıtıcı ve çay-kahve ürünleri yoktu. Yatakları aşırı yumuşaktı ama genel itibari ile güzel dekoru olan butik bir otel.

Oteli eşimin doğum günü için ayırtmıştım, suite odasında haftasonu konaklamadı yaptık. Cumartesi canlı müzikleri olduğunu söylemişlerdi ama bir grup organizasyonu olduğu için canlı müziği otel konaklayanlarına değil gruba tahsis etmişler. Canlı müzik dinleyemedik. Yemekleri güzel fakat garsonları grup ile ilgilendiği için bize restaurantta çok bakan olmadı. Otoparkı da grup organizasyonu sayesinde baya dolmuştu.

İlk açıldığından beri her sene geldiğimiz huzur dolu bir mekan. Süper bir manzara eşliğinde dere kenarında kahve çay içme imkanı olan, bol bol oksijeni içimize çektiğimiz huzurlu şirin temiz bir otel. Personel sıcak ilgili. Tavsiye ederim.

Haftasonu 2 geceliğine şömineli jakuzili odada kaldık. Jakuziyi hiç kullanmadık; çünkü içi paslanmış, temizlenmemişti ve jakuzi değil küvet kendisi. Fotoğraflara aldanmayın sonra üzülürsünüz. Odaya giriş yapmadan önce dezenfekte ediliyor, temizleniyor odanız diyerek 45 dk bekletildik. Odaya girdiğimizde oda full toz içindeydi. Acaba nasıl temizlediler?? Garsonların güleryüzlü olması, siparişlerin zamanında gelmesi otele artı puan katıyor. Çalışanların hepsi maskeli. Ambiyans olarak butik otelden beklenebilecek güzel bir bahçesi ve lobisi var. Lobide, şömine karşında ısınıp sıcak bir şeyler içmek gerçekten çok iyiydi. Yemek fiyatları çok normal. Lezzet konusunda da başarılılar. Alkol fiyatları örneklemek gerekirse; Ankara’dan gelen üzülür, İstanbul’dan gelen sevinir. Çıkış yapmadan önce hesabı kontrol edin, ufak tefek yanlışlıklar olabiliyor:) Güzel, keyifli vakit geçirdik. İlgi ve alakaları için otel çalışanlarına teşekkürler.

Öncelikle temizlik güzeldi. Oda dizayni güzel ferah. Çalışanlar saygılı güler yüzlü. Bazı yemekler ortalama bazi yemekler ortalama üstü, mesela hamburger güzel büyük ama köftesi kuru geliyor, köy tavukları cok lezzetli. Kahvaltı ürünleri lezzetli ama kişiye göre değişebilir mesela patates soslu geliyor illaki sade patates seven vardır bence hazirlanmadan önce sorulmali. Oda servisi ücretsiz ve hızlı. Yatakları rahat. Restoran fiyatları ortalamanın üstünde.
