Симпатичный отель, находится где-то посередине между вайт бич и балабог. Недалеко от Макдональдса и дМолл. Завтраки правда не вкусные, по меню. Присутствует запах сырости. Но соотношение цена качество хорошее. Бассейн на крыше, но закат оттуда не видно.

직원들이 매우 친절하고 루프탑 수영장이 이뻐요.
조식도 먹을만했습니다.
객실도 깨끗합니다.
아이들 때문에 화장실 문을 열어두고싶은데 고정이 안돼서 조금 불편했어요.
위치는 디몰까지 걸어다니기 편하고 좋아요.

The rooms was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was very accomodating. They went over and beyond to help make our 4th time stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the island of Boracay

The location of the hotel was good, a 5 minutes walk to the D-Mall where most restaurants and shops are around, so as the beach. The staff were really nice and polite. Their food was good. The only thing that I could suggest in terms of hotel amenities was their pool is always a bit warm. it would've been nice during the day, not sure what it's like during the night though coz we didn't use it at night.

It would have been nice to have a cupboard / wardrobe to keep clothes and a liquid hand soap in the sink. Some of the staff showed initiative and good service , others not ( no napkins given in the table, did not dish out when we asked for dessert menu. Otherwise, it was a good stay, good location, walking distance to D mall.

I recommend this hotel 10/10. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. As soon as we got to the hotel, we received welcome drinks which were a very nice touch. We were able to pick specifically which breakfast we want and they had a lot of choices including traditional filipino & western meals. The hotel itself is very clean with an easy layout and the rooms are nice. The area is also great because it's close to everything... 5-8 mins walking distance to d-mall and 10 mins to the beach (station 1 side). Although the bar and rooftop clos pretty early, its still a nice area to swim at and relax when it is open. I would definitely use this hotel again, i loved the service and attention to detail they give.

This is my second time staying at Ferra Hotel and Garden Suites but still enjoying the nice location of the hotel which is a quick 5 minutes walk only from the dmall and the main beach and the bulabog beach side as well. The staff are so friendly, easy to approach, and helpful in any way they can regarding your room and your stay. Will be back in boracay soon and will stay at this hotel again and again! The cleanliness is also ✨✨✨

This hotel is unmatched at customer service. I have never stayed at a place with a better understanding of what it means to provide unforgettable experience. Great people and beautiful rooms! Love this hotel and the people, highly recommend!
