Hôtel absolument incroyable, le personnel est au petit soin, que ce soit l’emplacement privilégié aux équipements du spa tout est merveilleux. Je recommande les yeux fermés pour les amoureux des lieux exclusifs.

Very disappointing — especially on my birthday I paid for a night in a room that looked like a repurposed stable: no proper windows, several air drafts badly covered by a blackout curtain that let in morning light, rotting wooden floors, and large spiders in the room. The shower was placed so poorly (literally above the soap holder) that it was impossible to shower without hurting myself. I complained at reception, but was told the hotel was fully booked. Later I received an email offering a suite… for an extra €250. After complaining again, they offered by email a “prestige” room for €50 more — by then, I was already very disappointed. I had also booked a wine tasting and spa session, which were fine but didn’t make up for the overall experience. In the end, they refused to give me an invoice, and no one even asked if I was satisfied. The location may be beautiful, but the service and guest care were absolutely lacking. I will not return and cannot recommend it.

Check time was long but the hotel Was good . Also , dinner time booked for 21:00 but only Was a table available at 21:35

It was nice stay but not more than that. Expected a lot more from what I heard about the hotel.

Excelente hotel. Tive no quarto com banheiro e foi simplesmente incrível Hotel extremamente relaxante.
