Please stay on the concrete pad, not on the gravel area.We have two kayaks and life vests at the property. Guests are welcome to use. If you plan to bring a boat, please check in with us. We are happy to host your boats for shrimping, crabbing, fishing etc. Boat launch is close by in Potlatch and a buoy is available off the property. We own the tideland. We also have yard games in you prefer to stay close to home! Snow plowing in winter helps keep our cabin accessible year round. Just down the road is Hoodsport, beautifully situated on Hood Canal, which provides a quaint outpost for coffee, ice cream, groceries, a winery, a distillery and several eateries. Shellfish can be harvested at several public beaches or found at local shellfish farms, such as Hama Hama in Lillawaup. Heading further up Lake Cushman Road you’ll find the Staircase entrance to Olympic National Park, which offers a variety of scenic hikes for different abilities. If there is any excessive dog hair, stains or damage to the linens or furniture, there will be fees applied to compensate for additional necessary cleaning. - Clean up after your dog.- Dogs must be on a leash at all times. - Do not leave pets unattended inside or outside.- Not all hikes are pet friendly so please check trail guides.PARKING:We have one car garage and 2 cars can park in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed.ADDITIONAL INFO:- Our property is a family-friendly house and we did our best to add a child safety feature. But please do not leave children unattended as our home is located at the cliff.- During winter season, we are getting more snow compare to other area. BOOKING RULES:- You must be 25 to book- The person who booked must be present at the property for the duration of the reservationHOUSE RULES:- Please remove shoes at the home's entrance- No parties or large gathering ($500 fine)- No smoking- No fireworks or open fire- Please refrain from playing loud music- Use of fire pit is prohibited during the burn ban period(usually summer). Burn ban sign will be out for indication. - Quite hours 10pm - 8am.
