Avis : The Inn at Boynton Beach

Il y avait de nombreux cafards dans la chambre et j’ai du demander à maintes reprises de nettoyer notre chambre mais sans succès

Hotel next to major highway and noise comes into the room. Requested multiple times to switch and was never answered. Hanged sign for n door for room to be made and the sign was turned to the “no disturb” side. Three times in a four night stay!!! The rate supposed to include breakfast, but the excuse was that Covid restrictions are still in place!  The place is filthy, maintenance is sorely lacking and the whole place smells to cigarette smoke.

This property is worn and I am sure has seen better days. That said the room was clean, sheets white, and front staff and the one in housekeeping I came in contact with were pleasant. This is from an overnight stay. I would stay overnight again. The “1” on services and amenities is for lack of knowledge on my part, not quality. Again it was an overnight stay. I was there 12 hours, mostly sleeping.

Nous avions réservé pour 2 soirs et seulement quelques heures plus tard nous avons dû quitté. L'établissement nous a quand même chargé une nuit à $159 US. Senteur de moisie, humidité, porte défoncé... un Pim qui cherche sa fille en frappant aux portes de chambres à 19h00. Je suis policier et j'ai perquisitionné dans des endroits semblables dans ma carrière et celui-ci, je vous le jure, est vraiment insalubre. Pas moyen de laissé de commentaires sur le site de cet hôtel.

I was there for about 2 weeks and my stay was great Miss Darlene from the front desk was the best person I ever dealt with . She's very sweet and understand. Ms Darlene is a very sweet person and I will go there again just for her because she's very understandable and very sweet and I had the best experience there with her.

The hotel is a joke. Rooms are disgusting. Front desk staff is rude. We had no water for over 24 hours and they laughed at me saying it’s not their problem. So we received ZERO compensation. The windows have broken glass. The TV has a big black line going down the center. Overall, it was a horrible experience! I would not recommend to anybody - even though the price is reasonable - this hotel is the worst place I’ve ever stayed!

I'm satisfied. Great location. Clean room, but not perfect. I'm 66 and alone and smoke, so I keep going outside (I don't smoke inside at home) and I haven't felt threatened. I don't think its sketchy. Check-in was easy. Parking away from room is different. Looks like I got lucky with my room!

Awful!!!. Got a lecture while checking in about no smoking. Get into my room and it smells like cigarettes. Only one out of the three bathroom lights worked. The door to the room was jammed and I had to force my way in every time. There was a blood stain on one of the pillowcases. The water for the shower was lukewarm at best. Bed was never made during my stay, the bathroom floor was filthy and there was a strange message that appeared on the bathroom mirror every time I took a shower.

My brother and I woke up to a bed of roaches. We saw them in the bed on the walls, in the corners, on our shoes. When we asked for a refund they said no. We booked through Priceline and they did not want to help with the refund,

They lied about the breakfast included which I had to door dash breakfast for my family every morning and I been here for three weeks now and they don’t clean the rooms every day and it’s smells like **** and cigarettes and we haven’t had no tv for three days and they keep saying that the called the cable people to fix the tv

The website looks great, but the rooms, hallways, elevators, etc., are very old and smell either musty or like wet dog! When we came off the elevator (which is rickety) on the 4th floor there was food on the rug outside a room, it smelled like wet dog and our room needed to be gutted. We were shown a couple of other rooms on the 2nd floor when we complained, but they were no better with roaches walking around on the bathroom floor. They also smelled very musty. The pictures must be from when the place was built, because it now looks like a slum. We were told they are in the process of remodeling a room at a time, but we saw no signs of any work being done. In fairness to the staff and General Manager, they were very nice and did give us a full refund.

Worst hotel ever. Reeked of ****. Felt like skid row. Moldy, room in bad shape. Bed was dilapidated and unusable. Zero pride in ownership. Even the planters near the pool were broken. Front desk clerk was rude and dismissive even before we saw our room. Later, refused to talk to us when we politely complained. We walked out and we got in touch with ********** whom we booked it with. They were unable to get our money back because we prepaid. We are utterly disgusted with the hotel and are very disappointed that ********** was unable to get our money back. So, we want other readers to be forewarned and not lose their money. Please DON’T GO.

This place is a dump, filled with live in vagrants and *******, drug dealers. With homeless people begging for money. Rooms have roaches and bugs, trash overflowing hallways. The smell is horrendous. Urine soaked mattresses. Rude staff. Believe the notice on the window. Mildew. Mold. Ceilings and floors in poor condition. Checked in and walked right back out. The city should condemn this place.
