Our stay at Spicers Vineyard Estate in the Hunter Valley was truly exceptional! The property is set amidst beautiful vineyards, offering a serene and picturesque atmosphere perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious and elegantly appointed, with every detail considered for comfort and luxury. We dined at éRemo Restaurant, the sister restaurant of Spicers Guesthouse, and it was a culinary delight. Every course was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor—the Binnie Beef Hunter Valley Wagyu was a standout! The accompanying Thomas wine was superb and perfectly paired with the meal. We also enjoyed a morning walk along the valley’s scenic trail and were greeted with the sight of hot air balloons floating over the hills—a mesmerizing experience. The entire stay was seamless, the staff were attentive, and the setting couldn’t have been more perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the Hunter Valley in style!

We stayed at The Carriages Boutique Hotel and Vineyard and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip. This was a place I’d wanted to stay at for a long time, and it absolutely lived up to expectations. The location was beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature, birdlife, and the quiet atmosphere of the Hunter Valley. On our first night, we even had the whole property to ourselves, which made the experience feel extra special. We enjoyed a lovely dinner nearby and were able to walk back through the gardens to the hotel afterwards, which added to the charm of the stay. Breakfast was simple but perfect, delivered in a basket and ideal for a relaxed morning. One of the best moments was lighting the fireplace on our final night and enjoying a quiet evening with a glass of wine. The location, service, atmosphere, and overall experience were all fantastic, and this will definitely be one of our fondest memories from the trip.

C'est le club de golf, les installations sont parfaites, les plats sont complets, très raffinés. J'ai séjourné deux nuits. Il est loin du supermarché, à environ 20 kilomètres. Certains restaurants de haut niveau sont bons autour.

L'hôtel est décloisonné, il y a environ une douzaine de chambres, grandes et petites, et il y a deux ensembles de vignes. Dommage que les vignes soient très petites. Je m'attendais à vivre dans un grand vignoble. Libre-service de base, le petit déjeuner est au réfrigérateur : jus, lait, café moulu, lavé directement, flocons d'avoine aux noix, tranches de pain, préparez-vous, vous pouvez aussi manger. Hôtel restaurant italien recommandé, deux bons repas, tentures murales. C'est très calme et personne ne sort la nuit. Il y a des buanderies, des sèche-linge et des machines à laver. Elysia is a beautiful retreat set atop a hill overlooking the Hunter Valley. I was doubly impressed by the pools, gyms, and health facilities. They helped balance out the effects of the nearby wineries. Also, the rooms are huge and recently renovated.

Très belle hôtel, en particulier la réception SAM, nous sommes particulièrement heureux de nous présenter très enthousiastement. Des centaines d'années d'architecture, des designs romantiques français, sont très recommandés.

We were pleasantly surprised by Villa Provence, couldn’t be happier with the location, charm and cleanliness of the place. I would definitely return. Communication via text message was very clear in regards to key collection. It has beautiful gardens and facilities, photos don’t do the place justice!!
