L'hôtel est très pratique pour les premiers vols au départ du terminal 3. La machine à café dans la chambre était un avantage appréciable. Le lit est assez haut et très mou, ce qui rend difficile l'accès. Le personnel était très arrangeant. La nourriture était excellente. Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes mais propres et calmes. Le tarif de la chambre était élevé pour le niveau de service offert.

Do not forget to pack some swimsuits like we did! The kids were so mesmerized by the slide. Also needed kettle for my baby's milk and they accommodated it. Grateful for the comfortable stay.🌹

I really enjoyed my stay here so extended it for another day. This hotel has great front desk staff that answer all questions and put me at ease. It has the perfect location for a quick exit, being beside the airport. The restaurant food is delicious. The room I stayed in was clean with airport views. It was quiet and extremely effective at keeping the light out for a great sleep.

Cet hôtel est un incontournable pour moi dès mon vol matinal au départ du Terminal 3 de l'aéroport YYZ. Le terminal est à quelques pas de l'autre côté de la rue ! Pas de souci, si vous voyagez depuis le Terminal 1 ou si vous avez beaucoup de bagages lourds, une navette gratuite est à votre disposition. Le restaurant propose un excellent menu régulier et un excellent petit-déjeuner si vous l'incluez dans votre réservation.

We were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for. The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable. The wifi might seems have a problem too. On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience. I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.

La chambre est propre. Les lits sont confortables. La salle de bain est également propre. Tous les lumières sont en humeur pour un repos complet.Le lieu n'est pas bruyant, vous pouvez avoir un repos relaxant avant de partir pour un long vol. Le service supplémentaire de réveil est en cours. Mme Rose dans le hall nous a aidé à nous rencontrer avec toutes les informations dont nous avons besoin. Elle est si bien accueillante. Le transport aérien gratuit est un point supplémentaire.Notre chauffeur est très utile et toujours souriant.

I stayed at this hotel for just one night. I chose it expecting it to be a little better than average, but overall it was just okay. Check-in was friendly and fast. The bed was comfortable, with nice bedding and pillows, but the sofa in the room was not comfortable at all. The room itself felt small and not very cozy. I would have preferred proper curtains instead of roller blinds. Noise was a factor—the hotel sits under a flight path. It didn’t bother me much once I was asleep, but sensitive sleepers should keep this in mind. The elevators were also a bit frustrating, as the card tap didn’t always work right away, though eventually it did. Breakfast was disappointing. The area was extremely crowded, and the food was below average. In the end, I wouldn’t pay extra for this hotel. It’s very similar to many others in the same category, and the rate feels overpriced for what you actually get.

L'hôtel propose une navette pour l'aéroport, facilitant ainsi le trajet jusqu'au centre-ville par le train UP Express. L'hôtel était agréable et proposait un petit-déjeuner gratuit. Je recommande cet hôtel pour l'hébergement.
