Hôtels à Zurich avec petit déjeuner

J'ai pu faire un check-in anticipé et l'hôtel était bien situé. J'adore le choix de boissons dans le minibar !

The hotel is so cozy and chill. Love it With this moneg, I think they should give a thermal bottle for the room guest to get hot water from the gallery room. The bed is too sharp that is easy to get hurt

Hotel Bristol Zurich is in a perfect location, especially for a short layover. You’re within walking distance of all the main sights, the Old Town, restaurants, and the train station, which makes exploring the city very convenient. However, the price does not match the experience. The hotel felt more like a dated motel than a centrally located Zurich property. There were no toiletries provided (unless you pay) the breakfast selection was very minimal, and the overall atmosphere lacked warmth. Unfortunately, the front desk service was not welcoming, which made the stay feel even less pleasant. If location is your top priority, it works. But for the price, I expected much more.

The hotel is very convinient and strategic. Located right next to the Zurich HB station and directly above the Polybanh train (a local attraction of a train to go up to the Zurich University). There's money changer, Starbucks and restaurants on the same stretch of building. Opposite the bridge there is a major hypermart Coop where can get affortable meals, mineral water and daily items. The reception staffs were all very friendly. I requested higher floor facing the train track and the staff reserved for me since I indicated on my booking. There is complementary hot water, tea or coffee available at the lobby. It is a MUST place to stay. Just a small note, if handling heavy luggage on your own, just walk towards behind the Starbucks, there is a door right after the Western Union. The entrance here is only 2 steps, compared to the main front which has more than 10 steps.

The first day when we arrived on the 13th of August , the guy at the front desk was very friendly and polite.The hotel is located near tram and train station and bus station so it is was very convenient to go anywhere. Tram is 4mins walk away ,10mins walk to supermarket and train station. And 15mins by tram to the Zurich airport . Hotel cleanliness is an issue, very dusty floor,dirty sink,and dirty toilet bowl. I even asked twice the receptionist the guy on duty if they can clean our room and put a fresh towel but no one came to clean.Room service is not 24hrs. Air conditioning doesn’t cool the room down. It was a very good hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel whenever I come to Zurich again. Very polite, very friendly and very efficient staff. They do all your work. Here I would like to thank ( fanni ) for helping us a lot and doing everything she could to ensure we had a good stay.

Le service de la chambre est très confortable et très confortable. Il y avait également une micro-ondes, mais les plaques et les boues fournies n'étaient pas sûres (la décoration métallique donne des coupes), ce qui est un autre inconvénient. Le dernier jour, j'étais en courant dans la salle et je me suis glissé parce que le sol était fraîchement bouché. J'ai écrasé mon cou. Peut-être cela aurait-il pu être évité si il y avait un signe pour attirer l'attention sur le sol mouillé. Malgré cela, je recommande !

Lors de mon récent séjour à l'hôtel Montana à Zurich, en Suisse, j'ai rencontré plusieurs problèmes qui ont rendu mon expérience moins que satisfaisante. L'une des principales préoccupations était le manque d'eau chaude pour se baigner, malgré les températures glaciales (-2 degrés Celsius) à l'extérieur. Après avoir enduré un long vol de 19 heures, ne pas pouvoir prendre une douche chaude était vraiment terrible. Lorsque j'ai signalé le problème au personnel de l'hôtel, ils m'ont assuré que le problème serait résolu dans une heure. Cependant, ils n’ont fourni aucun détail sur la manière dont le problème serait résolu. À ma grande consternation, même le lendemain, il n'y avait toujours pas d'eau chaude disponible. Cependant, je tiens également à souligner un autre problème auquel j'ai été confronté pendant mon séjour, à savoir l'expérience inconfortable du petit-déjeuner en raison de l'absence de chauffage dans le restaurant de l'hôtel. Quand je suis allée prendre mon petit-déjeuner, je m'attendais à un environnement chaleureux et confortable pour commencer ma journée. Malheureusement, le manque de chauffage dans le restaurant a rendu l'expérience du petit-déjeuner assez inconfortable. Les températures froides à l’intérieur de la salle à manger ont rendu difficile la dégustation de mon repas et ont affecté l’ambiance générale. J'espère que la direction de l'hôtel prendra note de ce problème et mettra en œuvre des mesures pour garantir une expérience culinaire plus agréable aux futurs clients. J'espère que mes commentaires seront pris en compte, car je pense qu'ils contribueront à l'amélioration des services de l'hôtel. Merci de l'attention que vous portez à cette question et j'espère que les mesures nécessaires seront prises pour rectifier la situation.

The location was great and conveniently close to the station. However, keep in mind that the roads are quite hilly, so dragging luggage can be a bit challenging. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the restaurant downstairs was excellent.

L'hôtel est arrivée avec assistance, Trip.com n'a pas envoyé 4 numéros de réservation au début, ce qui a entraîné la nécessité de contacter le personnel de l'hôtel avant d'être logé. La position de l'hôtel n'est pas proche de la gare, il faut 10 minutes de marche ou un train. Mais ce prix, il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix à Zürich, il est bon à l'hôtel et à la visite d'affaires.
