Hôtels à Las Condes avec petit déjeuner

This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points.

There was a disjoint between the restaurant and hotel. System needs improvement. No wardrobe in room surprised me. Good beds. Room in average condition. It took 25 minutes to check out (no waiting that’s simply the time it took for what should have been a simple admin procedure). People are very nice they just need improved operating processes.

J'ai utilisé le grand lit du club. C'est très bon d'utiliser le salon du club. Dans le salon du club, nous avons des aliments et des boissons délicieux dans un large espace. Le poisson, les plats à viande, les sandwichs, le pain, les douces et les salades sont excellents. Pendant mon séjour, j'ai reçu des conseils de voyage du département de la cabine du club et j'ai profité de la visite des villes et des usines de bières. La chambre est propre et confortable, assez grande pour se détendre. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très aimable. Je veux vraiment l'utiliser à nouveau.

Le voyage en Chili est parfait. Si vous avez l'occasion de venir à Santiago, vous devez fortement recommander d'héberger dans cet hôtel: Hotel Las Condes Regal Pacific Santiago, l'hôtel est en bas de la station de métro. Le service de transport de transVip à partir de l'aéroport est de 10000 pesos et il est très pratique de voyager. Il y a un endroit pour changer d'argent à l'autre côté de la rue, à côté de KFC, une boutique de pizza, un restaurant 24 heures d'exploitation, et le restaurant de la Fattoria de l'hôtel est également de qualité en ligne. La plus importante est que cette zone est très sûre et que la fenêtre est ouverte pour voir la montagne de neige à proximité 🏔️ Service: Le moment de la réservation de l'hôtel est 15:00, mais je suis arrivé à 10 heures de matin. Le serveur de la réception de l'hôtel est très attitude et m'a aidé très intimement à gérer la réservation anticipée. Le petit-déjeuner buffet au 1er étage de l'hôtel est très riche.

La nouvelle zone où l'hôtel est situé, très sûr, le service de réception de l'hôtel est également très bon L'environnement sanitaire est bon et il fournit des retards. Le petit déjeuner est simple, mais il est vraiment bon de voir la montagne de neige loin de l'hôtel.

The overall it's really good because the hotel it's firstly very well located as it's close to main Street (excellent transport) but in a small street. Very close to nice dining and commercial areas. It seems Brand New so everythings Shiny and very clean, people a very nice. I would say the only issues are the very bad window frames which don't isolate the noise of the street and I imagine also the cold weather in winter and the pillows which are uncomfortable. Beside those two points the hotel is fantastic

Very Kind Staff, Great Location and clean rooms… the only disadvantage was the small and low closet that smelled of mold, didn‘t use it for my clothing

It's a hotel just to spend the night. Do not expect any attention from the staff, like being on your honeymoon and a bottle of champagne as a courtesy, or a nice views from Tower C.

Maintenance required for bathroom. There were hairs in the bath tub which means not clean. Bath water doesn’t go down well. Toilet clogged. Very bad experience. Reception staff is not friendly and felt like he is there sleepy or not in a mood when checking out. Courtyard next to this one is better.

J'ai passé une excellente nuit dans cet établissement ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin : accueil chaleureux, chambre propre et confortable, literie de qualité et ambiance calme. Le petit déjeuner inclus mérite une mention spéciale : très complet, varié et délicieux, avec des produits frais et bien présentés. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, un excellent rapport qualité-prix !
