Nous avons passé deux nuits à Yoyuan Shanju, et il est rapidement devenu l'un des séjours les plus mémorables que nous ayons eu. Chaque matin, nous nous réveillons à un beau paysage de neige juste dehors de la fenêtre calme, calme, et presque inréel. Ce qui a vraiment fait la différence était l'hospitalité. Tinging était incroyablement gentil et pensé elle nous a rentrée chaque soir sur le petit déjeuner et même préparé un verre au lit. C'est le genre de soins que vous n'oubliez pas facilement. Ce lieu ne vous offre pas seulement un séjour, il vous donne un sens de chaleur et d'appartenance. Nous avons quitté avec un peu de réticence et nous savons que nous reviendrons.

Amazing stay at YiJing! The experience at the cabin was truly magical, with its one-window-one-framed view setting that effortlessly brought the beauty of the outdoors inside. Even the bathtub had a stunning vista, making every soak an indulgent retreat. The cabin’s full facilities, including a Dyson hair-dryer, floor warming and an auto toilet, added a layer of luxury that made us feel pampered at every turn. The guest service was simply unparalleled. From the moment we were welcomed at the entrance by the friendly resident dogs, we felt right at home. The welcome drink and snacks, paired with a delightful afternoon tea, set the perfect tone for our stay. Dining recommendations were spot-on, ensuring we enjoyed the best local flavors. The turn-down service, complete with a delightful Chinese dessert soup as in-room support, was a thoughtful touch that highlighted their attention to detail. One of my personal highlights was the Marshall speaker; it allowed us to fill the cabin with our favorite music, creating an inviting atmosphere that felt like our own little sanctuary. We were also gifted with a special Xinjiang gift upon our departure, which was a lovely surprise! Despite the rain and cold that greeted us upon our arrival in Hemu, our stay in YiJing more than compensated for the dreary weather. Le salon de la floraison est le meilleur service de la population de l'hôtel que j'ai habité. Dans une belle maison de vacances lointaine, il est vraiment fort chanceux de choisir cette. L'environnement de l'hôtel est sans dire propre et propre, il offre un bain de bains unique, etc. Porter la salle à manger, le repas fait à l'intérieur est très délicieux, œufs de tomate, viandes de porcelaine blanche, petit barbecue, le prix est très pratique, la quantité est également très grande, surtout délicieux. Il faut particulièrement féliciter le personnel de la réception, la sœur de la Mlle Blackjack, toutes sortes de personnes qui envisagent de manger pour nous, nous aident à planifier notre voyage, nous aident à charger nos bagages, les plats spécials livrés sont très délicieux, merci.

The staff at the accommodation are super nice! Especially the hostess, who is incredibly warm and welcoming. The food at the place is also delicious! Overall, staying here feels cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend!👍👍🥰

Getting to the accommodation is quite an experience and would have been confusing without a local, especially since these details are not available on Trip.com - entry tickets first need to be purchased to access the area. Thereafter, one needs to drive to a pick up point to board a public bus. The public bus will then send passengers to a drop off point where most hotels are located. This hotel had a vehicle to pick guests up from the drop off point but this would not have been known without prior communication with the local guide who was with us. The accommodation also gave us quite a scare when we were en route by telling us that another group had already occupied the rooms we booked - it later turned out that an error had been made on their end. Hotel is located within the self-contained tourist town which has a small provision shop and which is also where the pick up point for another mountain top tour is. An upgraded room is what is reflected in this review. Otherwise, the actual room - much smaller without many of the amenities, would have been rather pricey. Bed was comfortable but water quality suspect at times. Room has heated flooring instead of air conditioning - it was rather cold (about 8 degrees) in the mornings. Hotel provides a two-way private bus to see the sunrise on the mountain top, which was a real treat. There was some miscommunication between the bus driver and non-China tourists, which almost resulted in all of us not being picked up after the morning hike. Hotel also has complimentary jackets but this could have been made known. Breakfast thereafter had a good spread. Booking also came with an afternoon tea, which the hotel staff gave discretion to be used at any time - for all drinks below 50 RMB. Also came with some nuts and mango cake. A decent stay overall albeit with some hiccups.

The front desk staff, ShaSha, was warm, friendly, and attentive. She helped us with our luggage and proactively shared useful information about local attractions, along with tips on what to see and do in the area. Although the room was not very large, it was cozy and well-equipped with a washing machine, microwave, and a small sitting area. The décor reflected traditional Kazakh style, giving the room a unique and charming atmosphere. Outside, there was a wooden terrace furnished with a table and chairs, where we could relax and enjoy the view of the snow-capped mountains in the distance. There was also a lovely small garden right by the entrance, adding to the peaceful ambiance. One of the biggest advantages of this property is its convenience—the bus stop is located just outside the fence, making transportation extremely easy. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay, and I would happily recommend it to other travelers.

We would like to give out utmost compliments to the fantastic service rendered to us by Jack of Concierge services. Being our first time to Altay, Xijiang, we are not familiar with transport and Jack has been an absolute gem. He helped us secure pickup at late notice despite the snow condition and continued to take care of us throughout our stay. Our first time in Xinjiang is absolutely wonderful thanks to Jack! The manager on duty also took feedback into stride and did his best to remedy hiccups. Hilton Altay has bus shuttle to the Jikepulin Ski Resort which makes skiing a breeze. We did 3 days of ski until the end of hours and came back for the lounge service. We were thoroughly pampered and will come back to stay at Hilton in a heartbeat. Fantastic hotel close to the Hemu Jikepulin Ski resort. Note that this is NOT a a real ski-in, ski-out hotel that another reviewer has stated - it is not possible to ski directly to the resort. It is about 8-min walk from Cable car station 2 of the ski resort to the hotel, but there is a bit of a walk uphill (so I still requested for pickup service). There is drop-off and pick-up service to the ski resort but there may be a bit of waiting because the cars can get full quite fast especially in the mornings - this was during the Chinese New Year peak period. The room is spacious and I loved the big balcony and floor to ceiling windows which had a nice view. However my room was super far away from the elevator so it's a bit of a walk carrying my ski equipment walking in my ski boots every day. The room was way too hot to sleep in though! The thermostat in the room was 30 deg Celsius! No matter how I adjusted the fan, it was not cooling down so I often had to keep the balcony door open slightly otherwise the room was just way too hot. Breakfast is a feast - there is a huge buffet selection of vegetables, meat, fruits and others - it was my best meal of the day! The staff in the hotel are also all very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay there.

Installations: Hôtel complet, chalet intelligent, parking. Santé: sanitaire propre, confortable et propre. Environnement: environnement de l'hôtel, élégant et calme, transport pratique. Service: Le service est enthousiasmé et attentif, il nous a également mis à jour le type de chambre, le logement est plus confortable, et il est vraiment super pour le petit déjeuner et le repas après-midi gratuit.

Elle se trouve à environ 10 minutes à pied du centre touristique de Heumu. Un chauffeur viendra vous chercher à votre arrivée. La villa est plus grande que prévu et le personnel au comptoir est très sympathique. (Le personnel kazakh au comptoir s'intéresse beaucoup à la culture coréenne et parle un peu coréen.) Le restaurant de la villa est également délicieux (la vue est magnifique et il y a même des spectacles ouïghours). Les prix sont plus élevés que dans d'autres régions de Chine. J'ai également bénéficié d'un surclassement gratuit, ce qui m'a permis d'être très satisfait de mon séjour. Je suis allé directement du village de Heumu à l'aéroport de Kanas, et l'hôtel m'a réservé une voiture, pour un prix raisonnable de 120 yuans. J'y retournerais sans hésiter !
