Getting to the accommodation is quite an experience and would have been confusing without a local, especially since these details are not available on Trip.com - entry tickets first need to be purchased to access the area. Thereafter, one needs to drive to a pick up point to board a public bus. The public bus will then send passengers to a drop off point where most hotels are located. This hotel had a vehicle to pick guests up from the drop off point but this would not have been known without prior communication with the local guide who was with us. The accommodation also gave us quite a scare when we were en route by telling us that another group had already occupied the rooms we booked - it later turned out that an error had been made on their end. Hotel is located within the self-contained tourist town which has a small provision shop and which is also where the pick up point for another mountain top tour is. An upgraded room is what is reflected in this review. Otherwise, the actual room - much smaller without many of the amenities, would have been rather pricey. Bed was comfortable but water quality suspect at times. Room has heated flooring instead of air conditioning - it was rather cold (about 8 degrees) in the mornings. Hotel provides a two-way private bus to see the sunrise on the mountain top, which was a real treat. There was some miscommunication between the bus driver and non-China tourists, which almost resulted in all of us not being picked up after the morning hike. Hotel also has complimentary jackets but this could have been made known. Breakfast thereafter had a good spread. Booking also came with an afternoon tea, which the hotel staff gave discretion to be used at any time - for all drinks below 50 RMB. Also came with some nuts and mango cake. A decent stay overall albeit with some hiccups.

剛在禾木的木屋醒來，窗外的晨霧還沒散，先迫不及待給好評！這趟入住體驗直接拉滿，必須安利給所有人🍃 設施方面完全超出預期，本以為山裡木屋會簡陋，結果全屋地暖+加濕器，晚上蓋薄被都冒汗。衞浴乾濕分離，智能馬桶圈暖暖的，洗漱用品是草本精油味，細節控狂喜。最絕的是落地窗正對雪峯，躺着就能看日照金山，比觀景台視角還絕。 愛心早餐每天不重樣，最驚喜的是每晚銀耳羹——紅棗枸杞燉得膠質滿滿，從零下回來的寒氣瞬間被逼退，暖到腳趾尖。 老闆像家人一樣操心你冷不冷餓不餓，走時還塞了伴手禮。五星不夠打，想給滿天星✨

I was upgraded to a premium room and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable, and the breakfast spread was impressive. I highly recommend this place.

The staff at the accommodation are super nice! Especially the hostess, who is incredibly warm and welcoming. The food at the place is also delicious! Overall, staying here feels cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend!👍👍🥰

We would like to give out utmost compliments to the fantastic service rendered to us by Jack of Concierge services. Being our first time to Altay, Xijiang, we are not familiar with transport and Jack has been an absolute gem. He helped us secure pickup at late notice despite the snow condition and continued to take care of us throughout our stay. Our first time in Xinjiang is absolutely wonderful thanks to Jack! The manager on duty also took feedback into stride and did his best to remedy hiccups. Hilton Altay has bus shuttle to the Jikepulin Ski Resort which makes skiing a breeze. We did 3 days of ski until the end of hours and came back for the lounge service. We were thoroughly pampered and will come back to stay at Hilton in a heartbeat. Fantastic hotel close to the Hemu Jikepulin Ski resort. Note that this is NOT a a real ski-in, ski-out hotel that another reviewer has stated - it is not possible to ski directly to the resort. It is about 8-min walk from Cable car station 2 of the ski resort to the hotel, but there is a bit of a walk uphill (so I still requested for pickup service). There is drop-off and pick-up service to the ski resort but there may be a bit of waiting because the cars can get full quite fast especially in the mornings - this was during the Chinese New Year peak period. The room is spacious and I loved the big balcony and floor to ceiling windows which had a nice view. However my room was super far away from the elevator so it's a bit of a walk carrying my ski equipment walking in my ski boots every day. The room was way too hot to sleep in though! The thermostat in the room was 30 deg Celsius! No matter how I adjusted the fan, it was not cooling down so I often had to keep the balcony door open slightly otherwise the room was just way too hot. Breakfast is a feast - there is a huge buffet selection of vegetables, meat, fruits and others - it was my best meal of the day! The staff in the hotel are also all very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay there.

L'hôtel le plus cher où j'aie jamais séjourné pendant les vacances de la Fête nationale ! Cette chambre coûtait 1652 yuans. Difficile de blâmer l'hôtel, car tous les hôtels à Hemu sont aussi chers. Le design général était pourtant plutôt joli. Hemu était incroyablement populaire pendant les vacances, et j'ai dû réserver plusieurs jours à l'avance pour obtenir une minuscule chambre en semi-sous-sol. Dormir sur un lit de 1,20 mètre avec deux enfants, c'était vraiment exigu. Non seulement la chambre était petite, mais l'expérience a été désastreuse. Des chiens aboyaient sans cesse sous la fenêtre pendant la première partie de la nuit, et des voitures passaient à toute vitesse juste avant l'aube. Je n'ai pas fermé l'œil de la nuit. Le pire, c'étaient les toilettes : à chaque fois que je tirais la chasse, des eaux usées jaillissaient de la canalisation. C'était dégoûtant ! 🤮

Installations: Hôtel complet, chalet intelligent, parking. Santé: sanitaire propre, confortable et propre. Environnement: environnement de l'hôtel, élégant et calme, transport pratique. Service: Le service est enthousiasmé et attentif, il nous a également mis à jour le type de chambre, le logement est plus confortable, et il est vraiment super pour le petit déjeuner et le repas après-midi gratuit.
