very comfy room and excellent service from the staffs! their own kitchen has pretty good local cuisine!

Une population très recommandée, super escomptée. Surtout recevoir notre sœur Jupar, très enthousiaste et honnête, nous l'aimons tous. La chambre est propre et propre, la forme de loft est très agréable. Vous pouvez voir l'étoile dans la terrasse la nuit et le soleil dans le jardin le matin. Une très bonne expérience de logement, je l'apprécie pour Jupar.

La première station de Xinjiang. Il y a des rêves. C'est très bon ici ～ La position du village est calme, je peux encore regarder l'étoile et l'air la nuit, le bois de la chaussure est trop chaud devant. La position est juste là, il est fini de jouer devant, derrière elle, un ensemble de bois de la chaussure réelle tranquille. Principalement, il est très proche de la tête et le petit paysage est délicieux sur la route. Les enfants aiment les deux étages de la chambre, surtout, le magasin est particulièrement enthousiaste. Après cela, je vis aussi dans le quartier de la scène de Penas et de Bahhaba. Pour comparer, le magasin est vraiment très enthousiaste. Les couples et les femmes sont tous des gentils hommes, la chambre est propre. C'est particulièrement bon, j'espère que nous nous reverrons dans un avenir plus tard, et que nous allons en attendre!

Our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Kanas Hemu was nothing short of exceptional. If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I absolutely would. What stood out most was the genuinely warm hospitality and extraordinary thoughtfulness of the team. From the moment we arrived, we felt that our special occasion was not jusy simply noted, but sincerely celebrated. That personal touch transformed an already wonderful stay into a truly memorable one with decorations and cakes prepared all in advance. A very special mention must go to William Shan, whose professionalism, attentiveness and heartfelt care deserve the highest recognition. William consistently went above and beyond, anticipating our needs and ensuring that every detail of our stay was handled with remarkable thoughtfulness. He and his team who create this kind of guest experience are a tremendous asset to any hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises William’s and his team contribution. The hotel itself is superb. Our room and the entire property is sparkling clean, comfortable and exceptionally well maintained. The buffet breakfast iss excellent, with a wonderful variety and quality that made each morning something to look forward to. On top of that, hotel provides free photography, cable ride to the mountain and grassland ski to complete a beautiful memorable stay in Hemu. Considering the level of service, cleanliness, comfort and overall experience, the value for money was outstanding. Most importantly, this was hospitality with heart. It is easy for a hotel to provide a clean room and a good breakfast; it is far more difficult to make guests feel genuinely welcomed, remembered and cared for. William and his team at Holiday Inn Resort Kanas Hemu achieved way beyond that. Future visitors: do not make the mistake of overlooking this hotel. A stay here is an experience you will remember, and choosing elsewhere may well leave you wondering why you didn’t stay here instead. La chambre était un duplex avec deux lits superposés, et le lit était très confortable. On pouvait admirer le ciel étoilé et prendre de magnifiques photos la nuit. L'endroit était plus calme que le vieux village ou le village moderne. Prendre la navette était également très pratique. En résumé, c'était un bon endroit.

Amazing stay at YiJing! The experience at the cabin was truly magical, with its one-window-one-framed view setting that effortlessly brought the beauty of the outdoors inside. Even the bathtub had a stunning vista, making every soak an indulgent retreat. The cabin’s full facilities, including a Dyson hair-dryer, floor warming and an auto toilet, added a layer of luxury that made us feel pampered at every turn. The guest service was simply unparalleled. From the moment we were welcomed at the entrance by the friendly resident dogs, we felt right at home. The welcome drink and snacks, paired with a delightful afternoon tea, set the perfect tone for our stay. Dining recommendations were spot-on, ensuring we enjoyed the best local flavors. The turn-down service, complete with a delightful Chinese dessert soup as in-room support, was a thoughtful touch that highlighted their attention to detail. One of my personal highlights was the Marshall speaker; it allowed us to fill the cabin with our favorite music, creating an inviting atmosphere that felt like our own little sanctuary. We were also gifted with a special Xinjiang gift upon our departure, which was a lovely surprise! Despite the rain and cold that greeted us upon our arrival in Hemu, our stay in YiJing more than compensated for the dreary weather. We truly enjoyed and loved every moment in our beautiful cabin, making memories that will last a lifetime. 禾木一境小木屋的体验堪称魔幻——仅凭一扇窗就框住了整片风景，毫不费力地将户外之美引入室内。就连浴缸都拥有绝美视野，每次沐浴都成为沉浸自然的奢享。小屋配备Dyson吹风筒、地暖、智能马桶等齐全设施，处处彰显精致细节，令我们时刻感受被宠爱的温暖。 宾客服务更是无可挑剔：从抵达时友好迎宾犬在入口摇尾相待的那一刻起，我们便有了归家般的亲切。迎宾饮品与茶点搭配精致的下午茶，为入住体验奠定完美基调。餐厅推荐精准到位，让我们尝遍地道风味。夜床服务时奉上的中式甜汤作为客房惊喜，这份细腻关怀令人动容。 最令我倾心的莫过于屋里的Marshall马歇尔扬声器——让整个空间流淌着私人订制的旋律，营造出专属音乐圣殿般的氛围。临别时还收到了特别准备的新疆特色礼物，这份心意让我们倍感温暖。尽管抵达禾木时遇上下雨降温的天气，但一境的温暖体验彻底驱散了阴霾。我们在这座美妙木屋中度过的每分每秒都值得珍藏，这段回忆必将历久弥新。

The front desk staff, ShaSha, was warm, friendly, and attentive. She helped us with our luggage and proactively shared useful information about local attractions, along with tips on what to see and do in the area. Although the room was not very large, it was cozy and well-equipped with a washing machine, microwave, and a small sitting area. The décor reflected traditional Kazakh style, giving the room a unique and charming atmosphere. Outside, there was a wooden terrace furnished with a table and chairs, where we could relax and enjoy the view of the snow-capped mountains in the distance. There was also a lovely small garden right by the entrance, adding to the peaceful ambiance. One of the biggest advantages of this property is its convenience—the bus stop is located just outside the fence, making transportation extremely easy. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay, and I would happily recommend it to other travelers.

這次自駕阿勒泰這邊遊玩，做了不少功課最後定下這家酒店，實際住完感覺選對了。開了一天車過來，到店的時候已經傍晚，前台接待沒有絲毫敷衍，很快就幫我們辦好入住。房間比圖片看着還要實在，打掃得特別細緻，地板、衞生間都沒有一點污漬，床品摸起來乾爽舒服。奔波一天躺下睡得特別踏實。自駕完全不用擔心停車問題。住得很放鬆，來這邊旅行非常推薦入住。

Cons: Receptionists creates much confusion and leave a bad experience. I won't return again unless the hotel do something about front desk customer service.. Before booking, they confirmed via wechat that the hotel provides free shuttle to ski resort and guests can use laundry room. Upon check-in, the female staff confirmed the ski resort shuttle service timing and said she will set up wechat group for me. Next day, i turned up at the agreed timing and she claimed that i should have contacted the driver directly if i needed the shuttle service and told me to wait in case there are more guests who wished to go to ski resort last minute. In the end, i never used this ski resort service as revised set off timing at 10:30am was too late. I only take the free shuttle to and fro the transfer station. Even then, the front desk often do not acknowledge my wechat messages, claiming they don't monitor the phone all the time. A few occasions, i had to wait in the cold. Towards the end, i just contacted the driver directly, who is more prompt. There was one evening (about 6:30pm) i wanted to use the mini washer in the laundry room as i only had a light load and requested for help from the male receptionist on duty. He claimed the laundry room is only for the hotel's use. After I insisted, he told me he didnt know how to use the washer and told me the last wash must be before 7pm. How ridiculous! I know some hotels have laundry curfew but not so early. Some people may not even be back from the ski resort or dinner. Pros: Polite driver and breakfast staff. Newly renovated, clean interiors. Great variety in breakfast menu with changes every day.

L'hôtel le plus cher où j'aie jamais séjourné pendant les vacances de la Fête nationale ! Cette chambre coûtait 1652 yuans. Difficile de blâmer l'hôtel, car tous les hôtels à Hemu sont aussi chers. Le design général était pourtant plutôt joli. Hemu était incroyablement populaire pendant les vacances, et j'ai dû réserver plusieurs jours à l'avance pour obtenir une minuscule chambre en semi-sous-sol. Dormir sur un lit de 1,20 mètre avec deux enfants, c'était vraiment exigu. Non seulement la chambre était petite, mais l'expérience a été désastreuse. Des chiens aboyaient sans cesse sous la fenêtre pendant la première partie de la nuit, et des voitures passaient à toute vitesse juste avant l'aube. Je n'ai pas fermé l'œil de la nuit. Le pire, c'étaient les toilettes : à chaque fois que je tirais la chasse, des eaux usées jaillissaient de la canalisation. C'était dégoûtant ! 🤮
