I stayed at this homestay in Kanas New Village for my trip, and honestly, the experience far exceeded all my expectations, a huge shoutout to Charlie on the staff—he was absolutely amazing. He reached out to me proactively even before I arrived. Once we checked in, he patiently answered every single question we had, and helped us map out a full itinerary for all the surrounding attractions, which saved us so much hassle,the rooms were spotlessly clean with all essential amenities provided; they even had a washing machine available for guests. We could hang our laundry right outside our door after showering, which was incredibly convenient. Charlie also sent us a thoughtful message in the evening reminding us to wrap up warm—little touches like this really make all the difference. He even brought us fresh watermelon and bread during our stay. Coming back from a day of sightseeing to these small treats instantly lifted our moods. Kanas is breathtaking everywhere you wander, but having such a comfortable place to rest paired with such thoughtful, attentive staff truly elevated the whole trip. This will definitely be my top pick if I ever come back to Kanas again[玫瑰][玫瑰]

Although the hotel’s first floor is very basic with little more than the check-in counter, I really enjoy the second floor. It offers a variety of useful facilities, including clean restrooms, a laundry room, a small fitness room, comfortable seating areas and a complimentary afternoon tea service. The room was in excellent condition, felt modern and well-maintained, and was completely free of any cigarette smell. The only drawbacks were: - There are not enough elevators and waiting times can be very long, especially when large tour groups are checking in and out. - Breakfast is served in a separate building which requires taking stairs to access. The food selection was quite limited, and the quality was underwhelming. Only black coffee was available, and there was often a long queue for the coffee machine. Overall, I had a pleasure stay and particularity appreciated the facilities on the second floor and the clean, comfortable room.

I was upgraded to a premium room and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable, and the breakfast spread was impressive. I highly recommend this place.

The staff at the accommodation are super nice! Especially the hostess, who is incredibly warm and welcoming. The food at the place is also delicious! Overall, staying here feels cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend!👍👍🥰

We would like to give out utmost compliments to the fantastic service rendered to us by Jack of Concierge services. Being our first time to Altay, Xijiang, we are not familiar with transport and Jack has been an absolute gem. He helped us secure pickup at late notice despite the snow condition and continued to take care of us throughout our stay. Our first time in Xinjiang is absolutely wonderful thanks to Jack! The manager on duty also took feedback into stride and did his best to remedy hiccups. Hilton Altay has bus shuttle to the Jikepulin Ski Resort which makes skiing a breeze. We did 3 days of ski until the end of hours and came back for the lounge service. We were thoroughly pampered and will come back to stay at Hilton in a heartbeat. Looking forward to be back next with family. Thank you Jack! Keep up the good work!

Nous avons séjourné ici pour 2 nuits. J'ai réservé cet hébergement parce que trip.com indiquait que c'était une chambre non-fumeur. Lorsque nous sommes entrés dans la chambre, nous avons remarqué immédiatement forte odeur de cigarette. J'ai vu un panneau d'Ash dans la chambre qui était juste utilisé. Pour réduire l'odeur de la cigarette, j'ai ouvert la porte et les fenêtres et mis le panier d'Ash dans un sac en plastique et le fermé. Avant de nous rendre à la station de stationnement de Jiadengyu, nous avons eu un problème causé par le personnel de transfert de bagages à Kanas Lake et le patron de la dame était assez gentil pour récupérer un de nous au point de déchargement de bagages. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. La salle de bain n'a pas de gants de paroi et de toiles pour les vêtements et les toiles. Les toilettes de bains de papier disponibles ont été fournies et il était inconfortable d'utiliser en plus d'être inefficace pour éliminer l'eau et l'humidité du corps. Une des lampes sur le plafond n'était pas fonctionnelle. La cortina a une partie qui a été déplacée et non fixée. Le verre sans manche n'a été fourni et quand il est rempli d'eau chaude, il est difficile et dangereux de tenir, car vous pouvez facilement jeter le verre si vous ne soyez pas très prudent. La vieille dame de l'hôtel était très utile et nous a dit d'utiliser les chaises communes pour mettre notre sac car aucune caisse de bagages n'était fournie dans la chambre. La tête de douche dans la salle de bains était en métal de design inférieur et l'un d'entre nous a brûlé notre main lors de la baignade.

Fantastic hotel close to the Hemu Jikepulin Ski resort. Note that this is NOT a a real ski-in, ski-out hotel that another reviewer has stated - it is not possible to ski directly to the resort. It is about 8-min walk from Cable car station 2 of the ski resort to the hotel, but there is a bit of a walk uphill (so I still requested for pickup service). There is drop-off and pick-up service to the ski resort but there may be a bit of waiting because the cars can get full quite fast especially in the mornings - this was during the Chinese New Year peak period. The room is spacious and I loved the big balcony and floor to ceiling windows which had a nice view. However my room was super far away from the elevator so it's a bit of a walk carrying my ski equipment walking in my ski boots every day. The room was way too hot to sleep in though! The thermostat in the room was 30 deg Celsius! No matter how I adjusted the fan, it was not cooling down so I often had to keep the balcony door open slightly otherwise the room was just way too hot. Breakfast is a feast - there is a huge buffet selection of vegetables, meat, fruits and others - it was my best meal of the day! The staff in the hotel are also all very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay there.

excellent breakfast, location, amenities, they do not do your laundry for you, its a self service washing area - directly opposite the visitor centre. you have to take the stairs up to the reception which I haven’t seen mentioned anywhere else.

La chambre avec vue sur la montagne offrait un panorama sur les sommets enneigés et les prairies environnantes. Le chauffage au sol était trop chaud, mais le service était excellent !
